ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Shane and CJ are driving around when Shane suggests stopping at a friend's party.  CJ is reluctant: "I should probably get home.  I've got school tomorrow."  Shane: "Come on, CJ.  Don't kill the fun!"  CJ caves and the two head to the party.  Once there, CJ is dismayed to see that the small gathering she had envisioned was really a full-blown party.  She asks Shane to take her home, but he hands her a beer instead and wanders off to join his friends.  Holding the beer, CJ watches as Shane buys drugs off a buddy.  She wishes she had never come.  Just then, CJ notices that people are starting to flock out of the house in droves.  She looks around, trying to figure out what's going on.  Just as she turns to leave, she comes face-to-face with a police officer.


Little CJ is sitting on a blanket on the grass, playing with toys while her mother rests on a lounge chair.  When Gloria's phone rings, she turns away to answer it, not seeing that CJ has run off.  Bailey, ever watchful, barks to warn Gloria that CJ is gone.  Gloria, without turning around, yells for Bailey to go away, annoyed that he is interrupting her phone call. Concerned, Bailey follows after CJ, who has made her way to the horse paddock.  CJ crawls under the fence and into the paddock.  The horse begins to rear, it's hooves striking the ground hard.  Bailey begins to bark a warning bark, hoping anyone will hear.  He climbs into the paddock and gets between the horse and CJ, still barking.  Hearing the commotion, Ethan runs over and grabs CJ before the horse can trample her.


CJ is driving when she sees Shane's headlights coming up fast on her tail.  She switches lanes, crying out loud: "Leave me alone!"  Shane switches lanes.  CJ tries other evasive maneuvers, speeding up as much as she dares, but still Shane follows her.  She turns onto a side street at the last moment, frightened to see that Shane is still behind her.  Shane edges closer and bumps into the back of her car.  Really terrified, CJ turns quickly again, only to find herself in oncoming traffic.  She jerks the wheel, sending the car into the median.  Her car flips and lands upside-down.  Glass shatters and metal screams.  Shane, shocked to see the results of his revenge, speeds away.


CJ and Trent, having decided to train their new puppies together, begin by taking them for a walk.  The energetic puppies prefer running and the two kids find that they're the ones being taken for a run.  All commands to slow down are completely ignored.  Next, the kids try to teach their puppies to follow some simple commands.  Trent: "Sit.  Sit.  Sit."  The puppy just stares at him.  Trent, brightly: "Ok, then stand.  Good dog."  CJ, holding a book on puppy training: "No, you have to be the authority.  Watch and learn."  CJ, firmly: "Lie down.  Lie down."  Her puppy lies down.  Trent sighs heavily, looking at his still-standing dog.  Next, Trent tries to teach his dog to stay.  But as soon as something interesting runs by, the dog is on the chase.  CJ again has success with her dog, teaching it to shake.  In the background, Trent is still chasing after his naughty pup.


After years of estrangement, Gloria has invited CJ to lunch.  CJ, scarred by years of neglect and betrayal by her alcoholic mother, is blunt: "What are you doing here, Gloria?  I don't have any money."  Gloria denies wanting money.  She admires CJ's dog: "It must be nice to have something that loves you like this, without conditions.  'Cause you probably really needed that."  CJ: "Yeah, I did."  Gloria tells her daughter that she has been sober for nine months: "I was not a good mother.  And I am so, so sorry."  She begins to cry: "If you let me, I'd really like to be a part of your life."  CJ: "I really want to trust you, Gloria.  I just don't know if I can."  Gloria gives CJ some letters that her father had written before his death.  "I know it may take time, but I do hope that someday you can forgive me."


Bailey/Molly/Big Dog/Max finally passes and reunites with their master.

CJ performs a song inspired by her father's letters.


CJ gives in to her heart: "I've loved you forever..."

Max is locked in a kennel in the park, waiting to be adopted, when he sees CJ walk by.  Determined to reunite with her, he escapes from the kennel and begins pursuing her through New York City.  He runs across a busy road, narrowly missing being flattened by a delivery truck.  He passes by some old food that smells interesting.  Refusing to be deterred from his mission, he turns his face away from the distracting smell and runs in the other direction.  He makes his way to the top of a double-decker bus, where he can see all around the square.  Spotting CJ, he follows her into an apartment building, dashing past the startled doorman and into the elevator.  Barking joyfully, he fails to notice that his leash has been caught in the doors until he is suddenly jerked backward.  CJ quickly frees him and he leaps into her arms.


Ethan reveals the secret of Bailey/Max's reincarnations.
