ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

He doesn't hold back from giving her tough criticisms, telling her bluntly when she doesn't have enough skill for a particular strategy.  Sophie, on the other hand, limits her input strictly to encouragement, cheering Lara on.  Even though Lara's opponent has the upper hand for much of the fight, Lara refuses to give up or pay much attention to Terry's negative comments.  Terry, when the other girl puts Lara in a headlock: "It's over."  Lara, grunting: "Isn't!"  She struggles hard against the headlock, but is unable to free herself.  Sophie, seeing her friend has lost the fight, finally encourages Lara to "tap out."  At first, Lara refuses.  Finally, her oxygen supply all gone, she is forced to accept defeat.  Furious with herself and disappointed in her failure, she slams her fist into the floor.

Lara, searching her father's hidden study, has discovered a camcorder with a sign reading, "Play me."  Turning on the film, she sees her father, now deceased, recording a message for her to receive after his death.  Richard, speaking to the camera as if it were Lara: "When your mother died, grief nearly destroyed me.  I began searching the world, desperate for a hint of another realm.  For proof that the supernatural is real.  Anything to feel her with me again.  I made quite a hobby of it, Sprout."

Lara is on the docks, asking for directions, when three young men stop to offer help.  However, while they divert her attention elsewhere, one of them steals her bag and the three take off running.  Knowing that all of her money is inside of the bag, Lara sprints after them.  She follows them through the crowded docks, cutting through houseboats, leaping from pier to pier, and dodging pedestrians.  Finally, it appears as though they have escaped when they jump onto a moving vessel and start to sail away.  Lara is determined to catch them, however, and thinks quickly.  Changing course, she runs along a pier and takes a short cut through a crowded restaurant.  Bursting through the doors, she intersects the path of the young men just in time to tackle the one carrying her bag.  Putting him in a choke hold, she forces him to return her belongings.

Lara is one of many prisoners held captive by the evil Vogel.  Forced to do hard labor, the prisoners are working in the heat of the sun when an old man begins to cough.  He sits down, attracting the attention of the overseer, who immediately orders him back to work.  Lara and Lu defend the man, asking for a short break for him to catch his breath.  The overseer ignores them, again ordering the man to work.  Hearing the commotion, Vogel walks up and shoots the man dead.  Slowly and thoughtfully, he turns the gun on Lara.  For a few tense moments, he stares at her down the barrel of the gun.  Lara, terrified, is certain she is about to die.  Inexplicably, Vogel lowers the gun and walks away.  Determined to save Lara, Lu picks up a shovel, strikes the overseer, and yells for her to run.  Lara, her hands bound in front of her, begins to sprint through the construction site.  With wicked henchman chasing her and firing at her, Lara runs desperately until she reaches a chasm overlooking a raging river.  A long tree has fallen across the chasm.  Seeing the enemy right behind her, Lara has no choice but to try to cross the spindly log.  She runs a few steps, falls, and crashes into the river below.  Still alive, she surfaces as the water carries her downstream and away from her pursuers.  (Caution: scene may disturb some viewers)

Lara, her wrists bound by ropes, is being carried downstream by a powerful current.  With much of her energies being spent on keeping her head above water, Lara is powerless to escape the torrent of water.  She tries desperately to reach for the bank, but cannot grab hold of anything for long.  Seeing that she is headed for the brink of a towering waterfall, Lara makes one last desperate attempt and grabs the tail of an ancient, wrecked aircraft.  The antique plane is mostly corroded and positioned precariously at the edge of the falls.  With the force of the water pushing against her, Lara can only keep hold of the plane for a few moments before tumbling over the edge of the waterfall.  She falls for a brief second before landing in the path of the plane's wing.  Clutching the wing, Lara dangles over empty air, the bottom of the falls far below her.  Mustering her strength, she pulls herself up onto the decrepit wing.  Lara has only a few moments to feel safe before the rusted wing begins to buckle beneath her.  Taking a running leap, Lara jumps for the main body of the plane a second before the wing plunges over the side of the falls.  Again dangling over thin air, Lara takes a few steadying breaths before pulling herself up and into the plane.  Thinking the danger to be behind her, Lara begins to try to saw through her bonds with a piece of jagged metal.  However, the much disturbed plane now begins to tilt toward the edge of the falls and Lara knows she is again in mortal peril.  Running toward the end of the plane, she grabs onto a ledge just as it tips upside-down.  Hanging by one arm, Lara manages to stay inside the plane as it crashes down into a gap over the falls.  Lara looks down, seeing that she is once again hanging over empty space with nothing but a few rotting bars keeping her from falling.  As the bars begins to snap and groan, Lara knows she has only moments.  She spots an old parachute and makes a grab for it.  Just as she reaches it, the bars break and Lara tumbles over the falls, gripping the backpack.  She pulls the cord and a tattered chute flies out.  The chute provides enough protection to help Lara escape the falls, but begins to rip apart quickly, sending her speeding toward a dense forest.  Yelling, Lara crashes through trees, striking branch after branch and finally falling hard to the ground.  She gasps for air, bruised and battered, but alive.

Lara and her father are seemingly trapped on an isolated island by an army of evil henchmen.  Lara: "We have to get off this island."  Richard: "There's no way off, Lara!"  Lara, determinedly: "Vogel's got a satellite phone.  We can get to it.  We can call for help."  Richard: "Vogel has an army!"  Lara: "You were the one who taught me to never give up."  Richard, whose years on the island have ingrained a helpless despair in him: "That was a different time.  I was a different man."  Lara, picking up a bow and arrows: "Well, I'm still his daughter."
