ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Dr. Octavius Brine returns the stolen penguins, but not until after he turned them into mutant monsters!


The penguins capture Dr. Octavius Brine while he tries to steal the 'Penguin Mermaids."


The penguins' plan to reverse Dr. Brine's evil scheme takes an unexpected turn when their remote control suddenly runs out of batteries!


The belittled penguin, Private, manages to snap Skipper, Kowalski, and Rico back to (relatively) normal, and they embark on a plan to stop Dr. Brine.

To celebrate the tenth birthday of their beloved Private, the penguins have decided to break into Fort Knox to steal him a present.  The penguins swoop down onto the roof of the heavily-guarded national treasury, dropping sleeping powder onto the guards.  Carefully sneaking past more guards, the penguins arrive at an enormous reinforced door.  Successfully cracking the pass code, they wait in anticipation as the huge door opens.  The penguins stare in wonder at a cavernous room filled with floor-to-ceiling gold bricks.  Skipper, eyeing the gold: "Private, if you could have anything you wanted in the whole, wide world, what would it be?"  Private, eagerly: "I think to be a meaningful and valued member of this team!"  Skipper: "Oh, well, we got you something else."  The penguins lead Private past the gold, all the way to the back of the building, and into the employee lounge.  The stop in front of a vending machine.  Skipper, excitedly gesturing at the machine: "The last remaining home in America's nanny state for those succulent but chemically hazardous bits of puffed heaven called - -"  Private, grinning widely, finishes his sentence: "Cheezy Dibbles!"  Skipper, handing Private a coin to buy his favorite snack: "Happy ding-dong birthday, you little scamp!"

Skipper, Kowalski, Private, and Rico have been kidnapped by an angry octopus named Dave.  The four penguins have no clue why the octopus bears them a grudge, and so Dave, feeling slighted, launches on a detailed history of the wrongs done to him by the penguins.  Dave, bitterly: "You may not remember me, but I can never forget you!"  Once, Dave had been happy.  He had a luxurious tank in a prestigious aquarium and a legion of adoring fans.  One day, however, four cute penguins arrived and stole the show.  No one was interested in Dave anymore.  As a result, the octopus was shipped off to another aquarium.  The same scenario repeated itself everywhere Dave was sent.  As soon as the aquarium received any penguins, no one cared to see Dave.  He was sent from aquarium to aquarium until, finally, no one wanted him.  The aching longing to be admired and loved soon turned into a festering hatred toward penguins.  Now, Dave is bent on revenge.  Dave: "I came to realize some creatures are born to get all the love.  The rest of us get nothing!  The only thing that has kept me going all these years is my burning thirst for revenge!"  Skipper: "You can't blame us for what happened to you!"  Dave: "Uh...can!  That's how this whole revenge thing works!"  Dave reveals a serum that he has created especially to destroy all the penguins of the world.

The penguins have just been "rescued" by a team of elite agents called the North Wind.  Skipper, skeptical of these unknown creatures, balks at going anywhere with strangers.  He asks their leader to identify himself and his organization.  The penguin's attention, however, is divided between the wolf's speech and his own bag of crunchy cheese puffs.  Each time the wolf begins to speak, Skipper takes a large bite of puff, drowning out the wolf's words with a deafening crunch sound.  The wolf tries over and over again to make himself heard, but is distracted from his point with every loud crunch.  Skipper, appearing to be unaware of the noise he is causing, stares blankly at the wolf while munching on his treat.  Frustrated, the wolf finally blurts out his monologue, glaring disgustedly at the now cheese-covered penguin.

Skipper, his chin coated with stubble, gasps weakly from his wok-pan life raft.  He and his crew have been stranded at sea for "what seems like days," and he is making an entry in his captain's log.  The blazing sun beats down on the three penguins as they drift helplessly in the endless ocean.  Kowalski is seasick and Rico is so hungry that he repeatedly tries to eat Kowalski.  Skipper: "Not sure how long we can hold on.  This may be my final entry."  Suddenly, the cork from a champagne bottle hits the starving penguin in the face.  Skipper sits up, staring at the vessel floating beside their pan.  A large, luxurious life raft is tethered to the penguins.  Onboard the fully-equipped vessel, the team of the North Wind is seated at an elegant candle-lit table, dining on champagne, salmon, and other delicacies.  Short Fuse, unconscious of the thirsty inmates of the wok floating beside him: "I have never been so hydrated in my life!"  Classified sighs, full, loosening his belt.  And when Corporal offers a plate of fish to Short Fuse, he refuses: "No, I'm full.  Just dump it in the ocean."  The three penguins watch longingly as the polar bear flings the fish into the ocean.  Skipper, to the North Wind team: "You know, we're all in the same boat here!"  Classified, haughtily: "Actually, we're not."

Private has just saved the North Wind team from the evil Dave and is in a hurry to go rescue the penguins.  He is surprised, therefore, when the North Wind team starts to head back to their ship for a return to headquarters.  Private reminds them that the penguins are still in danger.  Classified, fearful of the army of octopi guarding the penguins, insists on regrouping in order to plan and get reinforcements.  Private knows their time is limited: "But the penguins are in danger!  We have to go now!"  Classified, reminding him of the risks: "Again, huge army of octopi!"  Private: "So, because you failed once, you're just running away?"  Classified, denying fear, is firm in his intent to leave.  Private: "Skipper wouldn't care.  Plan or no.  Fancy equipment or no.  He'd never leave a man behind."  Classified, sarcastically: "Well, I suppose we can't all be penguins, can we?"  Private, turning to go save his friends alone: "No, but maybe you should be."

Dave has achieved his goal of turning all the cute penguins of the world into ugly monsters.  Sitting among his handiwork, he gloats: "I'm happy!"  Suddenly, Dave's smile fades, leaving behind a look of dissatisfaction: "And yet...now that I have my revenge, I fell empty.  As if what I needed all along was...more revenge!"  Dave, having realized that vengeance against the cuteness of penguins didn't make him happy, now believes he must destroy more cute things in order to feel satisfied.  Dave plans to wreak havoc next on kittens, bunnies, puppies, and pandas.

Private has just saved all the penguins from the villainous Dave by inserting himself into Dave's monster ray.  Skipper, Rico, and Kowalski frantically approach the machine, seeing Private being transformed into various hideous monstrosities.  Finally, a rock-like egg shell forms around Private and his friends fear the worst.  As they watch, however, the shell begins to crack and the penguins begin to hope again.  When Private emerges, however, he is purple, spotted, and sporting gigantic moose antlers.  The penguins' mouths drop in horror.  The quickly recover, however, and run to hug their friend.  But Private, unaware that he has antlers on his head, nearly gores them with every head turn.  Private, knowing the purpose of the appearance-altering machine, hesitantly asks his friends how he looks.  Kowalski, bluntly: "You're hideously disfigured and will probably be hunted for sport."  Skipper elbows him, interjecting: "If there's anything we've learned from this delightful adventure, Kowalski, it's that looks don't matter."  Skipper moves to stand close to Private, looking him in the eye: "It's what you do that counts."  Skipper turns around, gesturing at the crowd of happy penguins: "And look at what you did."  Private smiles proudly, looking at the multitude of penguins that owe their lives to him.  Skipper: "Yes, sir, you are the most meaningful and valued member of this team."  Private, honored, has completely forgotten about his looks.  He is lifted onto shoulders and carried through the crowd.  Penguins cheer him, calling out their love and their gratitude to the purple, spotted, antlered penguin.
