ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

After twenty long years in prison, Diego has found the opportunity to escape.  A prisoner has died and the guards have left to get a body bag.  Diego took advantage of their absence and killed a guard.  Now, he takes gunpowder out of the guard's supply and pours it into the keyhole of his shackles.  Lighting the gunpowder, Diego is able to blast the shackles open.  Quickly, he takes the place of the dead prisoner and waits for the guards to return to place him in the body bag.  The unknowing guards carry Diego out of the prison and bury him in the graveyard.  Diego waits for them to leave and thrusts an arm out of the dirt.  He digs himself free of the grave.  (Caution: violence)


Alejandro eager for his lessons to begin, enters the practice arena, his sword lifted.  Diego: "Do you know how to use that thing?"  Alejandro, as if the answer were obvious: "Yes.  The pointy end goes into the other man."  Diego looks suddenly tired: "This is going to take a lot of work."  He joins Alejandro in the arena, telling his student that his whole life must now be devoted to his training, that nothing else must distract him from his mission.  Alejandro begins their first session with an ostentatious display of waving the sword around in what he imagines is a display of strength.  With one gentle thrust, Diego knocks the sword out of his hand.  Diego: "Slow!  Attack slow!"  The two begin to slowly go through the motions of a sword fight until Diego is pleased with Alejandro's form.  Next, Alejandro swings and jumps through a maze of ropes, building his strength and agility.  Diego: "Perfect.  Do it again."  Later, Alejandro does pushups over a bed of lit candles, balancing on two chairs in order not to get burned.  Diego, reading a book, rests his feet on Alejandro's back.  Master and student continue to train and practice until, finally, their sword play results in Alejandro disarming Diego.


The wicked Don Rafael has pulled three random peasants from the crowd in the square and ordered their execution by firing squad.  He watches from a balcony above the plaza in the hopes of trapping his old nemesis, the hero Zorro, into rescuing the men.  True to form, Zorro appears just in the nick of time.  As the soldiers aim their weapons to fire at the poor men, Zorro snaps his whip around their rifles and pulls.  Their bullets strike one of their own and Zorro quickly jumps into the fray to free the men.  Two young boys, Alejandro and his brother Joaquin, watch excitedly from a rooftop as their hero, Zorro, fights Rafael's soldiers single-handedly.  With the sound of the cheering crowd around him, Zorro defeats the soldiers, rescues the men, and performs daring feats of strength and skill, all with a smile on his face.  The people clearly love him as much as Don Rafael hates him.  Victorious, Zorro leaves the plaza amid the shouts of his adoring people.


Three-fingered Jack comes riding up to the farm with two men tied behind his horse: "See the notorious Murrieta brothers!"  One of the soldiers grabs a wanted poster and hands it to his superior.  The soldiers look from the poster to the men and realize the wanted bandits are indeed in their midst.  Jack approaches Corporal Garcia and demands the advertised ransom for the brothers.  Alejandro pretends to beg for his life, causing the corporal to strike him.  With the men distracted, Joaquin (who is suddenly somehow free from his bondage) pulls out a pistol and levels it at the corporal.  Then, suddenly, he is holding two pistols.  Startled soldier: "Hey, I though you were tied up."  Joaquin smiles: "That is because you are stupid."  With one deft move, Alejandro and Jack use a rope to trip all of the soldiers at once.  Later, they drive away with the soldiers' loot, their plan complete.


Seeking sanctuary from Montero's soldiers, Zorro is hidden inside the confessional box when he suddenly hears a voice from the other side of the divider: "Padre, is that you?"  Zorro acts the part of priest in order to preserve his hiding place.  Elena, ignorant of his true identity: "Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.  It has been three days since my last confession."  Zorro, forgetting his act in his surprise: "Three days!  How many sins could you have committed in three days?  Come back when you have more time, please."  Elena, shocked: "Excuse me?"  Zorro, leans in, irritated, about to demand that she leave.  But, when he gets a closer look at her beauty, he changes his mind: "Please, go on."  Elena, soberly: "I have broken the fourth commandment."  Zorro: "You killed somebody?"  Elena: "No.  That is not the fourth commandment!"  Zorro, backpedaling: "Of course not.  You...you...in what way did you break the most sacred of commandments?"  Elena: "I dishonored my father."  Zorro, lightly: "That is not so bad.  Maybe your father deserved it."


Zorro takes on a group of soldiers single-handedly, but in his enthusiasm he ignites a powder keg and accidentally destroys the building.


With the mine already on fire and about to explode, Elena is trying to rescue the workers imprisoned in the cells.  She shoots at the locks on the prisons until she is joined by Zorro, who has just defeated the enemy.  With the flames edging closer and closer, Zorro and Elena work together to free the imprisoned workers.  Finally, the fire strikes the cache of gunpowder and the whole mine erupts in a ball of fire.  Flames rocket into the air, debris is thrown everywhere, and a thick cloud of smoke obscures everything.  At first, it is unclear whether anything could have survived the terrible explosion.  But, as the smoke dissipates, Elena and Zorro appear, leading the people to safety.


Diego interrupts Alejandro as he tries to trade his brother's silver necklace for a glass of whisky, advising the young man not to waste something so precious on drink.  Just then, Captain Love appears in the crowded street.  Diego, sensing the man's air of authority: "Who's that?"  Alejandro leaps out of his seat and charges toward the street angrily: "That's the man who killed my brother!"  Diego quietly stops him: "You're drunk and you're angry, in no condition to fight a professional soldier."  Diego, disdainful: "Get out of my way, old ma - -"  His words are cut short as Diego grabs his throat in a grip of surprising iron.  His fury flamed, Alejandro takes a sword and throws himself at Diego.  Standing still, with one hand resting on his hip, Diego easily and expertly parries his thrust, with seeming effortlessness.  Alejandro falls to the ground in a heap.  His anger still fueling him, the young man leaps to his feet and again and again throws himself at the older man.  Diego elegantly blocks each thrust.  With a few quick strikes, he disarms Alejandro, neatly catching his sword in his free hand.  He looks down at Alejandro, who is collapsed on the ground and quietly says: "You're welcome."  Alejandro: "For what?"  Diego: "For saving your life."  Alejandro, passionately: "I would have killed him!"  Diego, calmly: "No, not today.  He is trained to kill.  You seem trained to drink.  Oh yes, my friend.  You would have fought very bravely and died very quickly."  Alejandro: "I would have found a way.  I've never lost a fight."  Diego: "Except to a crippled, old man just now."


Don Rafael, learning that Diego is the hero Zorro, has come to his house to arrest him.  With his wife, Esperanza, watching and his baby, Elena, crying in her nursery, Diego resists capture by fighting Rafael with his sword.  During the fight, a candle is overturned, setting some curtains on fire.  When Esperanza sees that a soldier is about to shoot Diego, she throws herself between them and the bullet strikes her instead.  Diego mourns as he realizes his wife is dead.  When he moves to protect his baby daughter, Rafael strikes him, knocking him to the ground: "I want you to live with the knowledge that you have lost everything that you hold dear.  I want you to suffer as I have suffered, knowing that your child should have been mine."  Later, Diego awakens from his faint to find he is imprisoned in a cage on the back of a wagon.  His home is engulfed in flames and he doesn't know where his baby is.  He cries out for his daughter, shaking the bars to try to get out to save her, when he sees Rafael walk out of the building, holding the baby in his arms.  Diego reaches desperately through the bars: "Let me hold her!"  Rafael smiles cruelly at him before walking away, taking Diego's daughter, Elena, to be his own.  The carriage pulls away from the flaming house with a screaming Diego inside.


Zorro is face-to-face with his bitter enemy, Captain Love.  The two men engage in a battle of the blades, fighting fiercely and with great skill.  Soon, Montero joins them and Zorro must battle both of his enemies at once.  With a sword in his left and one in his right, Zorro fights off the two evil men long enough to be able to escape from the hacienda.  As he runs outside, however, he is confronted by a group of armed soldiers.  Now, Zorro must fight a half-dozen men at once, which he does easily.  But he isn't finished yet...Love and Montero are back on the scene accompanied by some more soldiers.  As the enemies come in for the kill, Zorro slashes an enormous wall map with his sword, causing it to fall on top of the men.  While they struggle to free themselves from the fabric, Zorro escapes with a smile.

Zorro and Diego get their long-deserved revenge on the men who killed their loved ones.


Alejandro dances provocatively with Elena, much to the chagrin of Montero.

Montero's soldiers gallop after Zorro, trying to catch the rebel hero for their evil master.  Unbeknownst to them, Zorro has been unseated from his horse and the horse they are chasing is riderless.  Zorro takes advantage of their ignorance and decides to use the men to retrieve his horse.  Poised at the edge of a ledge overlooking the path, Zorro chooses the soldier at the rear of the pack and leaps onto his horse, knocking the man off.  In their hurry, the others aren't aware that Zorro is now in their midst and they continue to chase after the lead horse.  One-by-one, Zorro picks off the soldiers, who remain ignorant of his presence until it is too late.  He gallops up behind the next soldier, kicking him out of the saddle.  Next, performing amazing gymnastic tricks on the back of the speeding horse, Zorro flips himself backward in the saddle so he can punch another soldier in the face.  Now he gallops up to a pair of soldiers who are riding side-by-side.  With a loud laugh, he leaps onto the backs of their horses, placing a foot on each, and knocks their heads together.  The men fall, leaving Zorro riding standing up on the two animals.  He overtakes the final soldier by widening his stance and galloping over him.  The surprised soldier, riding between Zorro's legs, turns around to see how this could have happened.  He sees three riderless horses galloping behind him.  Whimpering in fear, the man turns back to the chase.  Just then, a low-hanging tree branch blocks their bath.  With expert agility, Zorro leaps into the air, clearing the branch, and lands back on the horses.  The soldier, however, sees the branch too late and strikes it full-force.  He collapses slowly to the ground, groaning, while Zorro gallops away.
