ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Hera enters the meeting chamber to discover Lord Frygt and Lord Pryme discussing their dire situation.  Frygt: "I've tried to send for help.  All our messenger birds are shot down.  None can get past their archers.  What other choice is there but to submit?"  Lord Pryme: "Don't be a fool!  There will be no surrender, only slaughter."  Frygt, desperately: "We've barely any food or fuel.  The other lords of Rohan have retreated to their strongholds.  We are cut off!  How are we to survive?"  Hera breaks into their conversation to offer hope: "We find a way.  Despair is Wulf's greatest weapon against us.  We cannot succumb.  We find a way to survive, and we do it together."


Miranda Otto

The king is dead.  He died defending his people from Wulf's forces and now his people are mourning him.  They lower his banner from the keep.  Wulf, watching through binoculars, understands the symbolism: "Dead!"  General Targg, believing their mission to be fulfilled: "I'll give the order to call off the siege.  We can decamp and be out of here within the week."  Wulf: "We are not going anywhere."  General: "You have won.  There is nothing left to conquer but a group of starving refugees!  Sire, you need to look to your own people.  They are suffering.  This long winter has taken its toll.  Your stores of gold are all but gone.  I implore you - - abandon this place!"  Wulf, yelling angrily: "I cannot leave!  Don't you understand?  This is all I have.  Without vengeance, this will have been for nothing."  He vows to avenge himself on the princess who rejected him, no matter the cost: "This keep will be her tomb."

Helm and Hera approach the gate, the fierce snow swirling around them.  A guard calls out to them, telling them the gate is stuck.  Behind them, Wulf's soldiers are in close pursuit.  Helm, Hera, and those on the other side frantically pull at the gate, trying to get it open.  They manage to open it just wide enough for Hera to squeeze through.  She turns to look at her father, still on the other side: "They're coming!  Hurry!"  But Helm instead begins to close the gate.  Hera: "What are you doing?  I need you.  Rohan still needs you."  Helm: "No, Hera.  They need you.  You must lead them now."  Hera: "I can't."  Helm gently touches his daughter's face: "You can.  You are a daughter of kings.  The day you were born, I was brought to my knees.  My pride...my joy.  You could rule the world."  Helm closes the gates and returns to the storm to fight off the attackers alone.


The king regrets not taking Hera's advice when he had the chance.  He knows he has made a terrible error and hangs his head in shame and regret: "I've failed you.  All of you."  Hera: "No!  When I was little, you told me, 'You only fail when you stop trying.'  You never gave up.  Never!"


King Helm cries out helplessly as his eldest son is killed by Wulf's arrow.  Helm charges after Wulf and several arrows pierce his armor.  Hera fights to get to her wounded father and help him onto his horse.  Hama guards her, watching to see that his father and sister make it out of the battle safely.  They gallop away on their horses, with Wulf's men chasing after them.  The royal guard surrounds the king, but Hama, on a slower and older horse, slowly begins to fall behind.  Finally, the horse stops, her breath coming raggedly.  Hama turns to see four men approaching him on horseback.  He dismounts, patting his horse: "Songs of valor, old girl."  He knows his time has come.  He turns bravely to face the approaching enemy, arming his bow with an arrow.


King Helm has challenged the rebellious Lord Dunlending to a physical fight.  They face each other, surrounded by the other members of the court.  Dunlending bitterly insults the king: "You will live to regret this, old man."  The king ignores the insult to himself, but when Dunlending mocks the king's daughter, the king's anger begins to burn.  Dunlending throws several punches, striking King Helm.  The King doesn't retaliate.  But, Dunlending continues to insult the princess and, suddenly, the king has had enough.  He loses his temper and throws one massive punch to Dunlending's jaw.  The lord drops to the ground, dead.  The king and his court are horrified.


Brian Cox

Hera, Frealaf, and Olwyn have stumbled upon the remains of a beast master.  As they look at his discarded armor, they suddenly hear Lief calling for help.  He is being chased by an enormous elephant-like creature called a mumak.  The mumak is angry and covered in sores.  Frealaf tells the others to escape while he distracts it, but the beast soon has him running for cover.  He dodges massive feet as the beast chases him.  Just as he is about to be trampled, Hera gets an idea.  She grabs the beast master's horn and blows.  The sound of the loud trumpet call reaches the mumak's ears.  He turns from his almost-prey and begins running towards Hera.  She climbs on her horse and leads it towards the forest and away from her friends.
