ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Emily, looking at the enormous, red puppy: "I know he's bigger than most dogs, but he's also the kindest, most loving dog in the whole world."  People in the crowd exclaim, fearfully: "He's a freak!  It's dangerous!"  Emily: "No!  He's not dangerous!  He's just different.  I know how he feels because I know what it's like to not fit in.  Just because you're different, it doesn't mean that it's okay to be teased or bullied.  Someone once told me it's the people who are unique, they're the ones who change the world."  Clifford rests his head lovingly against Emily as she continues: "If we can love each other like this, none of us would have to feel small and all alone again.  It's not right to take him away just because he's big and red.  So, please.  Please let me keep my dog!"  The crowd cheers.


Emily, Casey and friends from their neighborhood break into an animal testing lab and save Clifford from being experimented on.  Emily easily flees through the city streets while riding Clifford!

Emily Elizabeth arrives at her new prep school carrying a plastic bag full of empty cans.  Florence, a wealthy and popular classmate, looks at Emily with disgust: "OMG, did you bring your garbage to school?"  Emily looks at Florence and her friends in confusion: "No.  This is the recycling...for the fundraiser.  Isn't that today?"  Florence, in her snootiest manner: "Yeah, but nobody actually does it."  Florence's groupies tell Emily that their rich parents just write checks to give the school money, rather than participating in the can drive.  Florence, in a mock-pitying tone: "Classic Food Stamp."  The girls walk away.  Owen immediately rushes in to encourage Emily, saying that he collected cans too.  However, when she asks where they are, the boy has to admit his also-wealthy dad threw them away: "He said I looked like an Asian Oliver Twist."  Just then, the class bell rings.  Emily is the last to enter the classroom.  She walks up to the front of the room, the bag clanking against her ankles loudly.  All eyes are on her, the only student in the entire school to participate in the can drive.  Just before she reaches her desk, the bag tears open, dumping the entire contents all over the floor.  Florence, loudly: "Can we get a clean-up on aisle 4?"  Everyone except Owen laughs at Emily, who cleans up the cans with tears in her eyes.


Owen and Emily climb into the van to hide from Tieran's men.  But when Emily puts the keys into the ignition, Owen feels some trepidation: "You know how to drive?"  Emily: "If Casey can do it, how hard can it be?"  Owen reluctantly buckles his safety belt.  Emily slams on the gas repeatedly, but the van doesn't move.  Owen, pointing at the gear shift: "Try that stick thing-a-ma-bobber.  My dad uses it sometimes."  Emily moves the shift down one space, her foot still pressing the gas pedal to the floor.  The kids scream as the van suddenly speeds backwards into traffic.  Emily slams on the brakes and the van skids to a stop in the middle of the street.  Emily, realizing that she chose the wrong gear: "Okay, not 'R.'"


As Emily is getting Clifford lunch from the school cafeteria, she is again threatened by the school bully, Florence. However, Clifford escapes from Casey's truck and humiliates Florence by licking her, giving Emily the friend she's always wanted!

After Emily's dad rejects her desire to adopt a small red puppy from an animal rescue (due to dogs not being allowed in the apartment building), Emily comes home from school and finds the puppy in her backpack and names him Clifford.

Emily and Uncle Casey visit Mr. Bridwell, who runs an animal rescue tent at a carnival. The mysterious man introduces Emily to a small red puppy, telling her that the puppy will grow based on how much she loves him.

A knock on the door of the apartment sends Emily Elizabeth into a panic: "Oh, no!  It's our psycho super.  We can't have pets in the building.  We'll get evicted!"  Casey tells Emily to hide Clifford in her bedroom while he goes to answer the door.  Packard, the super, pushes his way into the apartment, looking around the messy rooms in suspicion: "What the heck is going on in here?"  Casey fobs him off with a made-up excuse, not wanting him to learn the enormous dog was really the source of the destruction.  When the super tries to enter Emily's bedroom to shut off the water, Casey and Emily have to think quickly to find an excuse to keep him out.  They simultaneously voice different reasons: "It's private.  It's haunted."  Going with the private excuse as the more believable, the two urge the suspicious super into the kitchen while Casey tries to shut off the water himself.  Inside the bedroom, Clifford thinks Casey has come to play.  He wags his tail, making loud thumping noises on the walls of the apartment.  Casey tries to grab his tail to silence the sound, but it only exacerbates it as Casey himself is thrown against the walls with the movement.  In the kitchen, Packard stops his work to look for the source of the noise.  Emily: "Must be these old pipes, huh?" But Packard won't be deterred.  He approaches the bedroom door just as Casey comes out.  Packard sniffs: "I smell dog."  Casey: "No.  That is just me.  I don't believe in deodorant."


As Emily and Uncle Casey continue to lie to Emily's mom, Clifford happily meets a smaller dog, but needs help doing "doggy things."

Mr. Jarvis is on the roof of his building, installing a satellite dish, when he slips and falls.  While his wife screams from the street below, Jarvis dangles from the roof by his arms, helpless to pull himself back up.  Clifford, hearing the call for help from several blocks away, comes running.  Mr. Jarvis's fingers slip and he knows he can't hold on much longer.  The crowd watches in horror as Mr. Jarvis plunges toward the ground.  Just then, Clifford arrives, leaps into the air, and catches Mr. Jarvis in his teeth.  As he gently sets the man down safely, the crowd cheers for Clifford.


After breaking into the animal testing lab and rescuing Clifford, Emily and Clifford make their fast getaway, causing chaos throughout New York City, as they make their way to Manhattan Bridge Park.

Mr. Bridwell has told Emily that the puppy will grow based on how much love he receives. The next morning, after Emily names the small puppy Clifford the night before, she finds the pup has grown to enormous proportions!
