ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming a movie scene in my service?"__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

International newscasts are all telling the same story.  Billionaire "visionary," Zhao, has constructed the Pearl, the new tallest building in the world.  Newscaster: "From the Great Pyramid of Giza to the Tower of Babel, brick-by-brick and stone-by-stone, mankind has been consumed by one singular desire...to touch the sky."  Second newscaster: "Perhaps, finally, we've done it." Time-enhanced footage shows the enormous structure growing from the bottom-up.  Other video clips show the amazing technology imbedded in the historical building.  Zhao, in an interview: "The Pearl speaks to what we can achieve when we don't accept limitations."  Newscaster: "Buildings shape our society.  Better buildings, a better world."

Zhao has brought Will to see the pinnacle of his creation, a huge spherical room containing some of the most cutting-edge technology known to man.  At the touch of a button, hundreds of motion-sensitive projection panels rise from the floor.  Will looks around in awe, seeing himself reflected back hundreds of times.  He walks among the panels, staring at the reflections.  He turns to Zhao to praise his work, only to find he's been talking to a reflection.  Zhao: "In here, anything is possible."  He again touches a button and the panels disappear.  Instead, a huge column of black smoke moves across the floor and up the wall, forming a dragon.  Zhao touches another button and the sphere completely disappears.  Will and Zhao now seem to be standing on thin air.  The view of the city from that height is spectacular and Will now literally has a bird's-eye view.  Zhao smiles, seeing how deeply Will is affected: "Welcome to heaven, Mr. Sawyer."

Will is trying to get into the burning skyscraper to save his family while simultaneously evading the people trying to capture him.  Standing on top of a building crane, hundreds of stories into the air, Will is suddenly trapped by a group of officers coming from the control booth.  A helicopter rises next to him and a sniper aims a weapon at him.  With danger on all sides, Will decides to make a desperate move.  He begins sprinting down the crane towards the skyscraper.  There is a wide gap between the crane and the building.  At the last moment, Will leaps, soaring through the air for several seconds before finally hitting the building.  Hanging on by one hand, Will dangles from the skyscraper until he is able to pull himself inside.  The crowd below cheers, inspired by the incredible feat of courage they have just witnessed.

Will and Sarah are trying to reach their son, who is trapped on the other side of a broken bridge.  In between the couple and the child is a chasm filled with fire.  Taking charge, Will grabs a plank to put across the gap and encourages his wife: "We've gotta do this together."  Telling Sarah to walk across the plank and retrieve Henry, Will picks up two snapped support cables from the bridge.  Knowing the plank won't hold if the bridge isn't stable, Will holds up the bridge with his own strength for his wife to cross.  Carefully, Sarah crosses the plank and gets Henry, putting him on her back.  Will, his muscles straining and sweat pouring down his face, groans in pain as he holds the bridge together for her return trip.  Will cheers on his wife as she tries to balance on the plank with her son on her back: "That's it.  Come on.  You can do it."  Painstakingly, Sarah inches her way back, finally falling into her husband's arms and safety.

Will has to make it to the building's override panel in order to save his daughter.  Unfortunately, the panel is located in a compartment hidden inside the skyscraper's massive turbines, hundreds of floors in the air.  With duct tape wrapped around his hands and feet for added traction, he has begun to scale the outside of the building, walking along a ledge no more than a few inches wide.  Carefully, he makes his way around the corner of the building, having to reach past a large light fixture in order to find the ledge on the other side.  He makes it and continues to sidle along the ledge toward the turbines.  The ground is dizzyingly far below and he has no handholds besides the duct tape.  Reaching some kind of pole structure, he winds his rope around it and ties it tightly.  In order to make it to the turbine platform, he will need to repel downward several stories.  Leaning backward, he allows the pole to bear his full weight.  It makes a creaking sound.  With no other option, Will begins.  The pole bends but does not break.  Will reaches the ledge and makes his way to the turbines.  Massive, they are several stories high and spin unceasingly.  Will counts the rotations several times before finally diving through the large blades.  He reaches the center safely.

Botha and his evil henchmen have chased Will, Cassie, and Zhao into the sphere of the Pearl.  The mirrored panels reflect each of them hundreds of times over around the room.  As both good guys and bad guys sneak around the room, it is hard to distinguish real figures from reflected ones.  Will swings his sword to stab a thug, only to find himself destroying a panel.  The thug, in turn, shoots at Will, smashing a second panel.  Simultaneously, they turn around, discovering they have been at each others' backs all along.
