ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show thousands of movie titles and TV shows from a number of producers, including all the major studios. - Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including movie content? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming movie content - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream movie content inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

Charlie and Inquiline sift through online photos and data on their three remaining targets when one of the men posts a picture from an unidentified location. Drawing on his sharp analytical instincts, Charlie studies the image in detail, noting the soil composition, the spacing of the vineyard rows, the angle of the sun, and the distinctive outline of a building in the background. Piece by piece, he concludes that the man is somewhere in central Spain. A faint reflection of a woman in a nearby window confirms it—she recently purchased a plane ticket to Madrid. Charlie’s careful reasoning has once again led them to the right place.


The noise of Inquiline’s “guard turkeys” jolts her and Charlie awake, and the pair immediately spring into action, knowing the attack they’d been dreading has finally arrived. A glance at the surveillance monitors confirms it—armed agents are closing in fast. They bolt out of the building, cutting through the neighboring apartments before sprinting down the beach, while a failsafe program erases every trace of sensitive data left behind. By the time the agents breach the house, it’s empty, and a drone quickly spots Charlie and Inquiline speeding away. Gunmen in a boat race alongside the road, firing at them as more agents pursue from behind. They try to reassure themselves that they’re still in control, but the truth is unavoidable: danger is closing in from every direction.


Hendo tests Charlie’s accuracy at the firing range, but when Charlie’s shots miss the target by an alarming margin, he moves him closer. Even at the shorter distance, Charlie still can’t land a hit, prompting Hendo to glare at him and mutter, “Did we test your vision?” Charlie steps just a few feet from the target and finally manages to hit the bullseye. Trying to stay optimistic, he shrugs and says, “Guess I just have to get that close.” Hendo fires back with dry sarcasm, “Yeah, at point‑blank range you might have a fifty‑fifty chance of hitting something,” to which Charlie replies, “Overestimating my odds?”  (Caution: Lord's name used in vain)


James Hawes

Charlie and his analyst friends are playing their usual lunchroom game of guess the package.  Slater gives them a few items of bare data, they ask questions and try to determine whether or not the package is a threat.  In this case, Slater gives them only the shape and dimensions of a crate on the back of a semi-truck seen from satellite images.  Charlie: "Destination?"  Slater: "A major metropolitan area."  Charlie: "Was the truck from Pennsylvania?  Headed to DC?"  Slater: "So far, so good."  The other analysts quickly throw out guesses.  "A flagpole?"  "Missile?"  Charlie, calm but confident: "Christmas tree."  The other analysts stare at him in shock as they learn he's correct.  Charlie explains his reasoning: "The White House tree always comes from a farm in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, and dimensions of the truck tell the rest."  Fellow analyst: "He can be really annoying sometimes."


Director Moore escorts Charlie into CIA Director Heller’s office, where Heller gently invites him to sit before breaking the news that a terrorist attack has struck his wife’s London hotel. When Charlie struggles to process her words, Moore delivers the truth more bluntly: his wife has been killed. Charlie refuses to accept it, clinging to denial even as Moore switches on the television, every channel broadcasting coverage of the attack. He seizes on the reporter’s failure to name the victim as a final thread of hope, but Moore urges him to believe them and presents surveillance footage unmistakably showing his wife held at gunpoint. The reality finally crashes over him, and he fights back tears as the truth becomes undeniable. Later, a friend helps him slip past the reporters crowding his home, and he spends the evening alone at his dining table, watching the relentless news coverage and ignoring the phone buzzing beside him. Only when night has fully settled does he rise and slowly make his way up the stairs, alone.  (Caution: profanity)


The CIA is requiring Charlie to meet with a counselor after the death of his wife.  The counselor asks Charlie to describe his feelings.  Charlie, reciting the normal stages of grief: "You mean denial, anger, acceptance?"  The counselor prods him to continue.  Charlie, bereft: "She's gone.  That she had to go like that.  That I didn't speak to her on the phone when she called."  Counselor: "And you blame yourself?"  Charlie, angrily: "Yes!  For not going with her when she asked me to because I never do.  Never did."  Counselor: "And what is that making you feel?"  Charlie, fighting tears: "Pretty useless.  Angry.  Very, very angry."  Charlie can't understand why the agency isn't prosecuting Sarah's killers: "Sarah mattered.  She deserves more."  Counselor: "But, in the end, this is about you.  Sarah's gone.  You are gonna have to try and come to terms with that.  I can help.  But only you can really make things better."


When Hendo tracks Charlie down in a cramped Paris bar, Charlie immediately understands why he’s there. Hendo admits he underestimated him and never imagined he’d make it this far, but he’s still intent on stopping him—something Charlie knows will end in his death. Instead, Charlie reveals one last move Hendo never saw coming. “Did you ever account for the things I was good at?” he asks, handing Hendo a phone with only two seconds left on a timer. “Base charge on a timer.” Hendo barely has time to look up before an explosion erupts at the back of the room, sending panicked patrons scrambling for the exit. In the chaos, Charlie slips away, leaving the seasoned agent unable to catch him.

Mishka, an international assassin, is swimming laps in a rooftop glass pool when Charlie confronts him, demanding the location of the man who shot his wife. Mishka feigns ignorance, but Charlie reveals a remote device and explains that it controls a mechanism decompressing the air between the sheets of glass beneath him—one press will shatter the pool. When Mishka insists Charlie has the wrong person, Charlie calmly replies that he has exactly the right one. Mishka panics and begins to swim away, but Charlie presses the button, and cracks immediately spider across the glass. Hearing the ominous sounds from below, Mishka tries to outpace the spreading fractures, but it’s hopeless. The entire structure gives way, and the pool collapses, sending water, glass, and Mishka plunging to the ground far below.


Laurence Fishburne

Inquiline finds Charlie outside feeding her turkeys, and though she’s been helping him hunt down the people responsible for his wife’s death, she gently questions whether this path is truly how he wants to carry his grief. She opens up about losing her own husband, admitting she hadn’t been prepared for how quiet the world became afterward—the absence of familiar sounds, the door opening, a footstep in the hall, even the little habits that once annoyed her. All of it vanished at once, leaving only a vast, aching silence. She explains that every moment since has been an attempt to fill that emptiness, then urges Charlie to consider whether the vengeance he’s pursuing is really how he wants to fill his.


Charlie finally comes face‑to‑face with the man who killed his wife, only to hear him calmly explain that she was brave, that she stepped in for someone else, and that her death was “necessary” for their escape. The cold justification fills Charlie with a deeper fury—he wants these men to understand that his wife mattered, that her life had meaning far beyond their momentary convenience, and he believes justice will come only when he kills the man responsible. But Schiller challenges him, insisting Charlie is no different from the people he hunts and even worse for drawing out his revenge. He points out that Charlie kept his distance during his killings because taking a life up close costs something irretrievable: "It's hard to take a life up close.  You lose something each time.  A piece of yourself you cannot get back, ever." Convinced Charlie doesn’t have the heart of a killer, Schiller hands him a loaded gun and invites him to finish it face‑to‑face. Charlie orders him to kneel and aims at his head, watching closely until he sees a flicker of fear.  Charlie nods, satisfied: "There it is.  That's what I came here for.  To balance the scales.  To make you feel what she felt in that moment before you killed her.  Charlie puts down the gun.
