ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Gerry and his family are in the city, stuck in a massive traffic-jam.  Karin looks up, noticing a number of helicopters flying low over the city.  Hearing the sound of sirens, Gerry turns up the radio to try to ascertain what is going on.  Suddenly, a policeman on a motorcycle speeds by, travelling between the stopped cars.  The officer doesn't even slow when his motorcycle takes out one of Gerry's car mirrors.  Gerry, shocked, gets out of the car to look around.  A sudden explosion sends up flames several blocks down the street.  But, before Gerry can discover what is happening, another motorcycle officer arrives, yelling at Gerry to get back in his car.  His words are barely out of his mouth when a huge garbage truck plows into him, barreling down the road between the lines of cars.  (Caution: h-word used in background)

Having just witnessed a horrible accident (see Scene # CV06689), Gerry is desperately trying to get his family out of the city and away from the unknown danger that surrounds them.  His two daughters are in the backseat, terrified.  Rachel, the oldest, unbuckles her safety belt and cowers on the floor of the car.  Karin and Gerry repeatedly order Rachel back to her seat, fearful that she will be hurt.  Rachel, frightened out of her wits, ignores her parents.  Both of them turn toward the rear, trying to get through to Rachel.  Gerry turns back to face the front just as an ambulance crashes into them.

Zombies have taken over the city, leaving its citizens in terror.  Gerry and his family are at the grocery store, seeking medicine for their sick daughter.  The lights in the store flicker as people frantically tear groceries off shelves.  Hearing his daughter scream, Gerry runs down the aisle to find a stranger attacking his wife.  No one around her attempts to help.  When the man pulls out a gun, Gerry shoots him with his rifle.  A police officer comes running toward Gerry, who immediately puts his hands in the air in a gesture of surrender.  The officer runs past the dead man, Gerry, and Gerry's rifle and begins throwing groceries into his own cart.

Gerry and Segen are onboard a passenger airplane, seeking refuge from the zombie invasion.  Thinking themselves safe, the passengers begin to be concerned when strange sounds are heard coming from the back of the plane.  Gerry moves to peek behind the curtain and sees that zombies have already begun taking over the rear of the plane.  Quickly and quietly, he and the other passengers attempt to build a wall of suitcases between themselves and the zombies.  But when a suitcase crashes to the ground, the zombies are alerted to their presence and begin to storm into their section of the plane.  Unable to hold back the attack, Gerry and Segen watch helplessly as every other person in the plane (except the pilots) is turned into a vicious zombie.  Seeing a grenade attached to Segen's belt, Gerry wonders whether their situation is dire enough to warrant risking all of their lives by blowing a hole in the plane.  Looking around, he sees that he has no other options.  They are trapped and the only passengers not yet infected.  He pulls the pin from the grenade and tosses it into the fray just as a zombie leaps toward them.  The side of the plane is blown off and the zombies are sucked out of the plane.  Segen and Gerry hold on tightly, preparing for a crash landing and hoping for the best.  (Caution: frightening zombie images)

Gerry and Segen have been in a plane crash (see Scene # CV06692).  Gerry regains consciousness, finding himself dangling sideways from the plane wreckage, still strapped into his seatbelt.  He looks at Segen's seat and sees that it is empty.  Stunned, he looks all around, seeing the mangled parts of the jetliner scattered everywhere.  The cockpit is completely severed from the rest of the plane, and both pilot seats are empty.  Various pieces of the plane are strewn over the landscape, many of them still on fire.  Gerry looks out over the desolation, seeing no sign of another survivor.

Trapped inside a lab with a murderous zombie outside the glass door, Gerry's hope for survival is minimal.  In a risky move, he decides to inject himself with a dangerous virus, hoping that the zombie will avoid a diseased victim.  The lab personnel watch via the security cameras as Gerry grabs a handful of vials.  He stares at them blankly, not knowing which will kill him and which will save him.  He looks up at the security camera, but the doctors are unable to tell him what choice to make.  Doctor #1 is stunned that he's taking such a risk: "We have no idea which one's gonna work."  Doctor #2: "We don't know if any of them will work."  Doctor #3: "If he uses anything he took from that left case, he's dead anyway."  The doctors watch helplessly as Gerry prepares to inject himself.  He writes quickly on a paper, holding it in front of the camera so they can read the words: "Tell my family I love them."  Looking at the zombie and knowing he has no other options, Gerry injects himself then prepares to wait and see whether he will live or die.

In a desperate move, Gerry has injected himself with a dangerous pathogen, hoping that his theory that zombies avoid the sick is correct (see Scene # CV06694).  Having given the virus time to circulate through his body, Gerry opens the lab door and lets the waiting zombie inside.  The rest of the lab personnel watch via the security tapes as the zombie walks right past Gerry without attacking him.  Knowing his inoculation has worked, Gerry clutches the precious pathogen samples to his chest and heads down the building to bring them to the rest of his group.  Knowing that a mob of zombies is between him and his destination, Gerry causes a distraction that brings the zombies towards him and away from his friends.  Slowly, and with growing confidence, Gerry walks down the hall, right through the middle of the zombie mob.  The grisly beasts run to the right and left of him, but never touch him.  As if protected by an invisible shield, Gerry walks through the vicious mob completely unscathed.  (Caution:  frightening zombie images)
