ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Wonka remembers back to when his mother used to save up her pennies to make him chocolate for his birthday.  In his opinion, his mother made the best chocolate in the world.  But, his mother told him of a place called the Galeries Gourmet, where professional chocolatiers supposedly make the very best.  As Willy lies down to go to sleep, he tells his mother they should go to the Galeries Gourmet and start their own shop: "With our name above the door and everything."  Mother: "That's a wonderful dream, honey."  Willy, looking disappointed: "Is that all it is?  Just a dream?"  Mother: "Every good thing in this world started with a dream.  So, you hold onto yours."


The Chief of Police has come to the cathedral to make a confession to the priest.  He sits in the confessional booth: "Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned."  A little door slides open.  The chief passes a chocolate through to the priest, saying: "I have had 150 of these since my last confession."  Father Julius picks up the chocolate and looks at it longingly: "Temptation is very hard to resist."  He eats the treat, his eyes rolling back in his head in delight.


Wonka and Noodle are trapped in the underground chocolate reservoir and the chocolate level is almost over their heads.  They cry out for help and think they are saved when they see figures start to move towards them, but it is only Slugworth and his pals, gloating over their soon-to-be-demise.  Wonka and Noodle, giving up all hope of rescue, take their last breaths as the chocolate covers their heads.  Unbeknownst to them, the Little Orange Man has come to the cathedral to retrieve his chocolates.  He drains the reservoir.  As the chocolate level starts to lower, a surprised Noodle asks Wonka how it's possible they have been saved: "By who?"  Wonka, joyfully: "I don't know!"  He looks up, seeing the Oompa Loompa staring down at him.  Wonka: "By the Little Orange Man!"  Noodle, who never before believed the Little Orange Man really existed, is overcome: "Thank you, Little Orange Man!"


When Wonka asks Noodle to help him get out of the hotel, she thinks he's crazy.  He tells her he only wants to leave for a few hours to sell enough chocolate to repay their debt.  Noodle: "It's a nice idea, Willy, but it'll never work."  Willy tells Noodle to eat her Silver Linings chocolate.  She complies, beginning to tell him all the reasons why his plan will fail.  Suddenly, she stops: "Huh."  Wonka: "What is it?"  Noodle: "No, it's nothing."  Wonka turns back to look out the window.  Noodle, louder this time: "Huh!"  Wonka grins: "Double-huh!  That's not nothing!  That's the Silver Lining.  It's given you an idea."  Noodle tells Wonka the thought that occurred to her.  But, her plan hinges on an impossible chance.  Wonka takes a bite of chocolate, thinking.  He stands under a darkened light bulb.  It suddenly flicks on: "Huh."  Wonka's eyes widen: "Huh."  Noodle: "A double-huh!"  Wonka: "Do you have a pencil and paper?"  Noodle: "Uh-huh."  Wonka, smiling broadly: "I got an idea."


Wonka and Noodle are at the zoo, looking for the giraffe.  Wonka stops before a door marked, "Tiger."  He pretends to read the sign, announcing: "Ah!  Giraffe!"  He opens the door.  A growling tiger leaps towards him.  Noodle closes the door just in time to save her friend.  Noodle: "You have got to learn how to read!"  Wonka: "Why?"  Noodle: "You were nearly eaten by a tiger."  Wonka: "'Nearly' is the key word there, Noodle.  I've nearly been eaten by a lot of things, and none of 'em got more than a nibble."  Noodle rolls her eyes: "Giraffe."  Wonka: "Okay, I'll learn how to read."


The chocolate triumvirate has called the Chief of Police to a meeting.  But, when Slugworth tells the officer that they want him to rough up the competition, the chief initially refuses.  However, Slugworth knows from experience that the chief has a weakness and he intends to exploit it: "I can see that you're a man of integrity.  But, ask yourself this, ♪ 'Have you got a sweet tooth?  A hunger that you have to feed?'" ♪ Prodnose: ♪ "Don't give me that conscience nonsense." ♪ The men offer the chief 100 boxes of his favorite chocolates to do the evil deed.  Chief, firmly: ♪ "Sorry, I'm afraid it's no." ♪ Chocolatiers: ♪ "But, think about your sweet tooth." ♪ Chief: ♪ "I do.  I've had it since I was a boy." ♪ Slugworth: ♪ "Your naughty little sweet tooth.  The only thing that brings you joy." ♪ Chocolatiers: ♪ "Don't look at your waistline.  It's fine.  Who needs to see their toes?" ♪ Slugworth, smiling confidently: ♪ "So...700 boxes..." ♪ Chief, jaw dropping: ♪ "That's a lot of chocolates..." ♪ He pulls himself together with an effort: ♪ "No!" ♪ Slugworth:  "Gentlemen, let's give it the big sell!"  The three up their offer to 1,800 boxes.  Chief, without hesitation this time: "Deal."


Mrs. Scrubitt eagerly welcomes the naïve Willy into her establishment.  Promising a fair deal, she directs him to sign the contract.  Just as Wonka is trustingly about to put pen to paper, Noodle whispers a warning: "Read the small print."  Mrs. Scrubitt quickly closes the door on Noodle, but Willy has heard the warning and is already unfolding the many-layered contract.  He grows more and more astonished as page after page of fine print is revealed from the behind the contract.  The paper stretches all the way across the room.  Scrubitt glares at Mr. Bleacher, thinking their plan is foiled.  But, to her surprise, Willy barely glances at the print before signing the contract.


Calah Lane

Wonka's new shop is thriving on its opening day.  Happy customers fill the store, sampling the chocolate and filling their baskets.  One satisfied customer prepares to leave but happens to catch a glimpse of his reflection on the way out.  His hair is growing at an alarming rate and has begun turning a bright shade of purple.  Man, disturbed: "Mr. Wonka, what's going on here?"  Wonka sees his trouble and tastes one of the chocolates.  He realizes immediately that someone has poisoned them with the most powerful hair tonic in the world.  He tries to make an announcement to the customers, but it is too late.  Bright hair is growing everywhere.  The clientele begin to be enraged.  Customers start to demand their money back, and a riot quickly ensues.  People begin pelting Wonka with his own chocolates.  Soon, they move on to destroying the store.  One particularly angry mother sets fire to the building.  Meanwhile, Slugworth watches from his chocolate shop across the street: "And that, I believe, is the end of Wonka's Chocolate Shop."  He smiles evilly.


Wonka returns to Mrs. Scrubitt's hotel with only a sovereign in his pocket.  He pushes it across the counter towards her to pay for his room.  But, Mrs. Scrubitt tells him he owes more than the coin: "You have incurred a few extras."  She examines her ledger and begins listing charges: "You warmed your cockles by the fire.  Cockle-warming is extra."  Bleacher: "Used the stairs to get to his room, and all."  Scrubitt: "Oh, then you've got your stair charge and that is per step, I'm afraid.  Up and down.  Now, tell me, Mr. Wonka, did you happen to use the mini bar?"  Wonka, surprised: "There's a mini bar?"  Bleacher: "Mini bar of soap."  Scrubitt: "By the sink."  Wonka: "I might have, briefly."  Scrubitt: "Add in your mattress hire, linen lease, and your pillow penalty, and you are looking at 10,000 sovereigns.  It's all in the small print, dearie."  When Wonka understandably doesn't have that fortune on him, the two toss him into the basement to work off his debt.  Below, he encounters a whole crew of debtors, slaving under similar obligations.  Wonka: "They got all of you too, did they?"  Abacus: "I'm afraid so.  We each of us found ourselves in need of a cheap place to stay and neglected to read the small print."
