ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

As Norman walks to school, he calls out greetings to unseen people along the way.  Neighbors watch, shaking their heads, as he says hello to a dead raccoon on the side of the road.  While appearing fearful of anyone in living flesh, Norman chats comfortably to invisible entities.  At last, the camera shows a glimpse of the world through Norman's eyes.  Luminescent green ghosts are everywhere.  Appearing as they did on their final living day, some bear the marks of the events that took their lives.  A singed-looking woman asks Norman if something is burning.  A Civil War soldier on horseback has several lances buried in the side of his horse.  A gangster with his feet encased in cement has fish swimming around his head.  They all greet Norman as if he were an old friend, as he is the only person alive who is aware of their presence.

Norman dejectedly closes his locker, seeing again the words scrawled across the front, "See u tomorrow FREAK."  Neil catches up to Norman, walking with him down the school hallway.  Neil, brightly, tries to encourage the other boy: "You shouldn't let them get you down.  They always do stuff like that to me."  Norman looks up: "Why?"  Neil, unconcernedly: "Because I'm fat.  And my allergies make my eyes leak.  And I sweat when I walk too fast.  And I have a lunch box with a kitten on it.  Ooh...and I have irritable bowel syndrome.  I guess there's a whole bunch of stuff."  Norman, amazed at Neil's positive attitude: "Doesn't it bother you?"  Neil: "Nah.  You can't stop bullying.  It's part of human nature.  If you were bigger and more stupid, you'd probably be a bully too.  It's called, 'survival of the thickest.'"

Mr. Prenderghast is talking to himself when he unexpectedly has a stroke.  He collapses to the floor and his soul begins to leave his body behind.  Suddenly, his soul is sucked back into his body and Prenderghast sits up, taking a deep, gasping breath.  Thinking that he has cheated death, he begins laughing maniacally.  "No!  Not yet!"  He shakes his fist at the sky, laughing some more: "Not yet!"  Without warning, he once again collapses to the floor.  This time, his soul completely detaches from his body and floats helplessly in the air.  He looks down on his former self and runs vaporous hands over his now luminescent "body."  Prenderghast, shoulders sagging, realizes he's dead for good: "Aw, nuts."

A man puts coins into a vending machine, makes his choice, and stands, staring at the bag of "Greasy Pieces," waiting for it to fall into the slot.  The mechanisms move slowly and the bag is near the back of the machine, so the wait for the treat is relatively long.  Suddenly, the sound of unearthly groaning rouses the man from his hungry stupor and he looks to his left, seeing a group of scary-looking zombies headed right for him.  He gasps in fright, then looks back at his bag of chips, seeing it creep ever closer to the edge of the drop-off.  He looks back at the zombies, who are slowly dragging their decrepit bodies closer to him.  He looks back at his chips, seeing they are poised to fall.  He looks back at the zombies, startled to see they are within touching distance.  He screams, running away.  Just as he leaves the room, the sound of his chips landing in the slot reaches his ears.  He runs, screaming, back into the room, again facing the pack of zombies.  His eyes glued to the zombies, he reaches his hand back into the machine, feeling around for his chips.  Finally grabbing them, he turns around and runs away, still screaming.

Norman is confronting the zombies who have been cursed for a terrible deed they did during their lives on earth.  He looks at the people whose bodies are now grotesque shadows of their earthly forms.  Norman: "Why did you do it?"  Judge, eyes downcast in shame: "We were scared."  Norman: "Of what?"  Judge: "Of her.  I believed we were doing what was right.  I was...wrong.  Now, this is our punishment.  We thought we knew our way in life...but in death, we are lost.  Please...help us."

Norman has discovered that the group of zombies "invading" his town are just scared and misunderstood.  A mob of angry townspeople is gathered outside City Hall, ready to kill the zombies inside the building.  Norman escorts the zombies outside and addresses his friends and neighbors: "I spoke to them, and it's not what you think!"  The townspeople refuse to listen to Norman: "He's in league with them!"  "Let's hang him!"  With blazing torches and raised pitchforks, the town is ready for an old-fashioned lynching.  They run forward in one body to attack the zombies, until Courtney steps up to defend her brother.  Courtney and her friends link hands with Norman, showing him their support.  They tell the people that the zombies aren't out to get them, but, in fact, used to be people just like them.  Shamed and repentant, the townsfolk drop their clubs, pitchforks, and brass knuckles to the ground.

Agatha is the angry spirit of a dead girl who has cursed those who murdered her and continues to terrorize the town where she died.  Norman is trying to make her see how her bitterness has turned her into a horrible creature.  Agatha, screaming: "I'll make you suffer!"  Norman: "Why?"  Agatha, looking uncertain: "Because...because..."  Norman: "Because you want everyone to hurt just as much as you are."  Agatha: "They hurt me!"  Norman: "So you hurt them back?"  Agatha: "I wanted everyone to see how rotten they were."  Norman: "You're just like them, Agatha."  Agatha: "No, I'm not!"  Norman: "You're a bully!"  Agatha throws Norman against a tree repeatedly.  Norman, recovering his breath, continues: "They did something awful, but that doesn't mean you should too.  All that's left in you now is mean and horrible.  You've spent so long remembering the bad people, that you've forgotten the good ones!"  Begging Agatha to remember those who loved her, he takes her hand.  At his touch, Agatha is transformed.  She is now a little girl again.  Looking down at her hands, she opens and closes her fingers, amazed to once again see them in the flesh.  Agatha: "Aggie.  My name was Aggie."
