The ScreenVue Vault is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

The Vault first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free Vault access.

The Vault offers 16,000+ Movie Ideas and Movie Views from a variety of movies and resources. 

The Vault saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!  

(*The Vault does not sell or rent entire digital copies of movies to download. To purchase or rent entire movies, please access services like Amazon, Apple or Fandango).

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show thousands of movie titles and TV shows from a number of producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 5,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including all the titles that  are part of the Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

ScreenVue is an international organization headquartered in the United States, with offices around the world. As such, many of our systems and online services are employed globally.

When you purchase licenses or services from ScreenVue, we will require only the personal information that is necessary for the administration of your account with us.

When you sign up for CVLI/ScreenVue’s licenses or services, you may provide some or all of the following:

- Information about the licenses and subscriptions that you purchase from us including your method of payment.

Our websites contain links to other websites. When you leave a ScreenVue website by linking to any of these sites, you are subject to the privacy policy of those sites.

- Personal data that you freely provide about yourself that is relevant to the nature of the interaction, such as your name, username and email address. 
- Details of the emails you open, and links clicked.
- Your comments in forums and feedback from surveys.

- We encrypt all data that is transferred electronically using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

We cannot guarantee the security of any email provider or online service which is not managed by us, and which you use to transfer data to us.

ScreenVue works with reputable service providers who may process your data to perform business functions on our behalf. These include Google Analytics, MailChimp/Mandrill, SurveyGizmo and others.

All such service providers are contractually required to keep your data safe, use it only for the purposes agreed, and delete it when it is no longer required. They have agreed not share it, nor use it for their marketing purposes.

ScreenVue would like to share potentially valuable or interesting information with you and, from time to time, ask for your feedback via online surveys.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 5,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key. 
- In the USA, to gain access to the Vault, please upgrade to a *Total Producer package* by calling: __1-888-771-2854__.

__"What is the difference between Movie Ideas and Movie Views?"__
- The Vault offers TWO different types of content: 
- *Movie Ideas*: Has the "light-bulb icon," where you would use your own movie (Digital, Stream, Blu-ray, or DVD you already have access to) with our cues and details; as this idea is not available as a View. 
- *Movie Views*: Has the "TV icon," where you can instantly preview content you’re considering from embedded links streamed directly on the Vault site from a studio’s official YouTube channel.

__"Why can't I download a Movie Idea or Movie View?"__
- We do not have permission from the studio owners to offer downloads for Ideas and Views. Instead, use the cues listed in the upper, right hand corner of a Movie Idea in tandem with your own copy or rental, or preview a Movie View. 

- The Vault offers two different types of content: 
- *Movie Ideas*: Has the "light-bulb icon," where you would use your own movie (Digital, Stream, Blu-ray, or DVD you already have access to) with our cues and details. 
- *Movie Views*: Has the "TV icon," where you can instantly preview content you’re considering from embedded links streamed directly on the Vault site from a studio’s official YouTube channel.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including movie content? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming movie content - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream movie content inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- The Church Video License has made recent modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__
- Before using Vault content, please check your country’s Authorised Producers List to confirm the content is covered (all Vault content is covered in the USA).

Nutcracker and the Four Realms, The

A mouse scurries across the attic floor and begins to nibble on a bit of food left deliberately behind.  Clara quietly tells Fritz to watch and see what happens as she explains the elaborate mousetrap she has devised.  Each step in the trap sets off the next step, resulting in a chain of events that will bring doom down upon the mouse's head.  Clara lights a candle, the heat of which causes a small balloon to rise.  The platform of the balloon knocks into a clown figure, which spins around and around, knocking a ball down a chute.  The ball hits a monkey toy, which pivots onto the bellows, depressing them.  The air from the bellows blows a toy ship, which knocks down a stack of books, that hits a weight tied to a spinning wheel.  The wheel turns, pulling the wire on which a metal mouse figurine sits.  Clara, quoting Newton: "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction."  The mouse knocks over a ball, which hits a bat, which is tied to a rope attached to a basket.  The basket falls on the mouse.

The Captain is escorting Clara through the forest while she searches for her lost key.  She asks the nutcracker if he guards the forest all by himself.  Hearing that he does, she asks: "Don't you get lonely?"  Captain, as if he never had thought of it: "Lonely?  No.  I know my place.  That's good enough for me."  Clara, envious that he could be so sure of where he belonged: "You're lucky.  I wish I knew mine."  Captain: "But you're the daughter of the queen.  Surely you know your place?"  Clara: "I'm afraid not.  It's why I have to find that key."

Sugar Plum takes Clara inside a room where enormous gears are turning together.  Clara is surprised when Sugar Plum tells her they are inside the clock in Godfather's ballroom.  Clara: "But that's impossible!"  Sugar Plum, knowingly: "Is it?"  Sugar Plum tells Clara to climb onto a platform and hold very still.  The platform begins to slowly turn, and Clara, Sugar Plum, and several metal figurines exit out a door in the clock and rotate slowly in a circle.  This view gives Clara an excellent vantage point over the ballroom.  To the people in the ballroom, she looks just like one of the other tiny figures on the clock.  Clara looks excitedly around the room.  Everyone is moving in slow motion.  Sugar Plum, explaining: "Your world moves much more slowly than our world."  Clara looks at the scene with delight, until she sees her father sitting by himself against the wall, a forlorn expression on his face.  Clara, seeing the depth of his sadness for the first time: "He looks lost."  Sugar Plum, disclosing the reason for Clara's new discernment: "Everything looks different from the Realms."  The clock slowly chimes and the figurines return inside.

Clara and the Captain have just retrieved the lost key from Ginger.  Excitedly, Clara stops to use it to open the silver egg: "I have to open this.  It's important."  With great anticipation and bated breath, Clara puts the key in the lock and turns it.  The egg opens, revealing a music box.  A pretty little tune begins to play.  Clara's gaze turns first bewildered, and then mad with disappointment.  Clara: "It can't be.  No!  It's just a music box."  Clara looks near to tears: "But my mother told me, everything you need is inside!  There's nothing here."  Captain, confused as to the source of Clara's distress: "There's music."  Clara, bitterly: "I thought if I found this key, then I would find answers.  That everything would make sense.  I'm just as lost as when I arrived here."

Sugar Plum, bitter over perceived wrongs, is about to vent her anger on Mother Ginger and turn her into a doll.  Ginger begs Sugar Plum to reconsider, but she refuses.  Unbeknownst to Sugar Plum, the princess Clara is underneath the shrinking machine, messing with the mechanism.  Sugar Plum is reveling in her victory when Clara suddenly shows herself.  Clara, pleadingly: "Don't do this!"  Clara tries to reason with Sugar Plum, telling her that what she is doing is wrong.  But Sugar Plum is determined: "No one will hurt me ever again."  Clara: "I know you're angry.  But you can still do the right thing!" Ginger: "Sugar Plum, listen to her!"   Sugar Plum, pushing the button to start the shrinking process: "A true queen does what's best for herself."  Clara, softly but firmly: "No.  A true queen does what's best for her people."  The machine turns away from Ginger and toward Sugar Plum, who has only a moment to reflect on her choice before she is turned into a doll.
