ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Twilight has given Rarity the job of decorating the stage for the musical performance.  With over-the-top attention to detail, Rarity is focused on making a single ribbon arrangement look perfect.  Applejack approaches, having just watched Rarity spend an inordinate amount of time centering a jewel on the ribbon.  Applejack, looking uncertainly at the huge stage waiting to be decorated: "Wow, Rarity, that's a fine job you're doing there.  'Course it might not get done 'til after the concert."  Rarity, proudly: "Applejack, darling, anypony can do fine.  Twilight asked me.  So, clearly, she's going for fabulous.  And fabulous takes time."  Rainbow Dash approaches, rolling her eyes: "Fabulous takes forever!  But awesome can get done in four seconds flat."  Rainbow Dash flies around the stage in lightning-quick speed, putting up the rest of the ribbons before she even finishes her sentence.  Rarity looks in horror at Rainbow Dash's work, telling her it looks wretched.  (The jewels are on crooked, the ribbons are half falling off, and everything is skewed.)  Rainbow Dash, as a jewel drops to the ground: "Oh, come on!  It's fine!"  Rarity vehemently disagrees.

Twilight Sparkle is busy planning the Friendship Festival, the event of the year in Equestria.  Nose buried in a checklist, she walks toward the town square with Spike: "Okay, just 218 things left to do and we're ready."  Her friends greet her, asking how her meeting with the town rulers went.  Twilight, discouraged, tells them the princesses want her to put on the festival without the help of magic.  Rarity, encouragingly: "And they are absolutely right, darling.  We know you're up to the task."  Twilight, sounding panicked: "But what if I'm not?  If I fail at the festival, then who am I?"  Pinkie Pie grabs Twilight's face in her hooves, intending to give her a stern pep talk: "Twilight, look at me!  This will be the biggest celebration Equestria has ever seen!  As the Princess of Friendship, you cannot fail!  This day will define who you are!  The pressure is intense!  It's almost too much for any single pony to handle!"  Now that Twilight is cowering on the ground, petrified by the task in front of her, Pinkie states, brightly: "But you have us!  So stop worrying!"

Twilight is feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of planning the festival (see scene # CV09579).  Her friends see her need and promise help and encouragement.  Fluttershy, singing: ♪ "You don't have to do it on your own." ♪  Pinkie Pie, pulling everyone in for a group hug: ♪ "You've got friends right here to make it fun!" ♪  All ponies: ♪ "We've got this!  You got this!  We've got this together!" ♪  Rainbow Dash: ♪ "Sometimes the pressure gets you down and the clouds are dark and gray.  Just kick them off and let the sun shine through.  And, scary as it seems, more help is on the way.  'Cause friends have friends that want to help out too." ♪  All, flying around Twilight: ♪ "We got this!  You got this!  We got this together!" ♪  The ponies all begin to pitch in with the work, showing Twilight that she doesn't have to do it all by herself.  Applejack: ♪ "With friends and family, you are never alone.  If you need help, we've got your back.  You can be honest.  Let your problems be known." ♪  All: ♪ "'Cause you got us to pick up the slack.  You got this.  We got this together!" ♪

The ponies are lost in a desert.  Nothing but sand can be seen for miles around.  Sweating and panting, the exhausted ponies look to be about at the end of their tether.  Pinkie Pie, apparently suffering from heat stroke, stops to ask a sun-bleached cow skull for directions.  "What's that, friend?  We're lost?"  Pinkie cackles crazily.  Spike, too tired to move another steps, sinks to the ground: "We could be going in circles.  Endless sand.  Nothing for miles but sand.  And this rock.  And this cactus.  And this road."  Twilight Sparkle, hearing Spike's rambling, looks down.  She is standing on a stone path leading over a small hill.  Following the path to the top of the hill, Twilight Sparkle beams when she sees a city in the distance.  The ponies are lost no longer.

Twilight's friends are angry with her for not trusting them.  By trying to steal the pearl, she endangered their entire mission.  Twilight defends her decision, saying it was the only way.  The other ponies disagree.  As the argument continues, voices get louder and louder.  Twilight shouts and the others shout back.  They point hooves of blame at one another and the fight escalates.  Finally, Twilight blows up, attacking Pinkie Pie: "Well, maybe I would have been better off without friends like you!"  Twilight immediately sees the effect her mean words have had on Pinkie Pie.  Hurt, the horse looks as if she might cry.  Her head hangs in sorrow.  Twilight immediately looks remorseful.  The other ponies, stunned that Twilight would be so hurtful, begin to file slowly past her.  Some glare angrily, others look tearful.  No one speaks.  Twilight attempts to apologize, but Pinkie Pie won't listen: "I just can't talk to you right now."  The ponies leave Twilight alone on the beach.

Tempest has captured Twilight and placed her in a cage.  Twilight: "Why are you doing this?  You're a pony, just like me!"  Tempest, angrily: "I'm nothing like you!"  Tempest begins to sing a bitter song, telling the story behind her scarred face and hard heart: ♪ "It's time you learned a lesson.  It's time that you understand.  Don't ever count on anybody else in this or any other land.  I once hoped for friendship, to find a place among my kind.  But those were the childish wishes of someone who was blind." ♪  Tempest tells of her youth, when she was a happy pony with many friends.  But a tragic accident left her different from the rest, and she was abandoned.  ♪ "We all start out the same, with simple, naive trust.  Shielded from the many ways that life's not fair or just.  But then there comes a moment, a simple truth that you must face.  If you depend on others, you'll never find your place." ♪  Tempest, hurt, angry, and broken, determined to face the world by herself.  ♪ "And, as you take that first step on a path that's all your own, you see it all so clearly, the best way to survive is all alone." ♪

The Storm King has just received the wand of power and is testing its capabilities.  He casually waves it around, noticing that when he does so, the sun moves in the sky.  Storm King, amazed: "You gotta be kidding me!  I can move the sun?"  Laughing evilly, he waves the wand up and down: "Time to play!  Tuesday!  Wednesday!  Thursday!  Friday!"  The sun sets.  The moon rises.  The sun rises.  The moon sets.  They switch places in the sky again and again as the Storm King plays with his new power: "Day, night, day, night, day, night..."  He dances, humming a little tune, as he changes the universe with only a wave of his wand.

Thanks to Tempest's help, the evil Storm King now has the powerful staff to rule over Equestria.  Tempest kneels before him, vowing her eternal servitude if he will fulfill his promise to heal her broken horn.  The Storm King only laughs: "I used you.  It's kind of what I do."  Wielding the staff, he sends bolts of lightning to strike Tempest.  She dodges the first few blows, but when she strikes back, the power of the blast sends her reeling off the balcony.  Holding on with only one hoof, Tempest tries furiously not to get sucked over the edge by the storm.  Twilight, seeing that Tempest is in danger, runs to help her enemy.  Just as Tempest loses her grip, Twilight grabs her hoof and pulls her back.  Tempest, knowing how she's betrayed the other ponies: "Why are you saving me?"  Twilight, with eyes of love: "Because this is what friends do."  Tempest's look of fear and doubt softens into one of peace as she realizes that Twilight truly cares about her.
