ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show thousands of movie titles and TV shows from a number of producers, including all the major studios. - Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including movie content? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming movie content - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream movie content inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include movie content, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

Stitch, the mischievous alien menace, has escaped and is barreling toward a wedding tent in a wildly driven golf cart, his sights set on food. With a spectacular crash, he bursts through the tent and lands squarely in the stunned groom’s arms, cackling with glee. Chaos erupts as Stitch darts around the venue, leaving a trail of destruction—he bathes in the punch bowl, shatters dishes, and launches himself into the towering wedding cake. The bridal party scrambles to contain the pandemonium, wielding brooms in a frantic attempt to swat him away, only to accidentally strike a groomsman in the face. Amid the mayhem, the wedding photographer dutifully captures every outrageous moment, culminating in a shot of the bride, frozen in disbelief, drenched in frosting and cake from head to toe. (Caution: h-word)


When Lilo becomes trapped beneath a heavy piece of metal in the ocean, Stitch is the first to reach her, diving in without hesitation despite his fear of water—which saturates his cells and renders him unbearably heavy. He manages to free her, and Lilo swims to the surface for air before diving back down to rescue Stitch. But no matter how hard she tries, she cannot lift him; he’s simply too waterlogged. In a heartbreaking moment, Stitch gently removes her hand from his, silently urging her to save herself. Just then, Nani and David arrive, pulling Lilo toward safety. Yet Lilo pleads with them to save Stitch, reminding Nani of their shared belief that family means no one gets left behind. Moved by her sister’s words, Nani dives back into the depths and finds Stitch unconscious. After several failed attempts to bring him to the surface, she draws on her surfing training—recalling how she used to run underwater with weights—and begins sprinting along the ocean floor toward shore. At last, she emerges with Stitch, both of them safe, carried by the strength of love and loyalty.


As Lilo flips through her cherished family photo album, she asks Stitch if he has a family.  She points to a picture of her parents, explaining the concept, “Like Mama and Papa. The people at home who give you lots of hugs and kisses. And they're there for you, even when…” Her voice trails off as Stitch quietly responds, “No. No family,” his tone heavy with sadness. Lilo, sensing his pain, asks softly, “Is that why you act bad sometimes?” Stitch lowers his head, visibly affected. Without missing a beat, Lilo offers comfort with a tender smile: “It’s okay. Maybe my parents talked to your parents, and they sent us to each other.” Stitch looks up, his eyes brightening as he smiles at the thought, warmed by the idea that perhaps he was meant to find her.


Lilo, her voice barely above a whisper, asks Nani, “Am I bad? That’s what everyone says.” Nani, eager to soothe her little sister’s doubts, offers a gentle but slightly dishonest reassurance: “Nobody says that.” Lilo gives her a knowing look, prompting Nani to revise her statement with a sheepish grin: “Okay, maybe some teachers… and school security guards.” She softens her tone, adding, “But you’re not bad. You just do bad things sometimes. Just like me earlier when I yelled at you. We just have to learn from our mistakes.” Lilo, eyes downcast, confesses to shoving a girl at school, her guilt evident. Without hesitation, Nani pulls her into a warm embrace and says with quiet conviction, “You’re my sister. I’ll always be here for you.”


Jumba and Pleakley, intergalactic agents on a mission to recapture the rogue alien Stitch, arrive on Earth and immediately begin observing its peculiar inhabitants from behind a patch of shrubbery. Intent on blending in, they select two random humans to clone and awkwardly approach them disguised in trench coats, oversized sunglasses, and scarves pulled up to their noses. Jumba, repulsed by the human form, mutters in disdain, “They look like a bunch of Slim Jims with googly eyes. Look at their disgusting Popsicle bodies. Human, what a downgrade.” Despite his disgust, the cloning is successful, and the duo stumbles toward the hotel front desk on newly acquired, unsteady legs. Their jerky movements and exaggerated expressions make them stand out more than blend in, though Pleakley remains blissfully convinced of his flawless mimicry. When asked a simple question by the check-in clerk, Pleakley responds with unsettling enthusiasm, requesting a room with a “hot tube” and listing his home address as “Earth.” Jumba fares even worse, collapsing to the floor mid-stride, his attempt at human locomotion ending in a heap of alien frustration.


Stitch lounges contentedly aboard his spaceship en route to Earth, drifting into a peaceful nap when a sudden alarm jolts him awake. A red light flashes insistently: “Warning. Check engine.” Uninterested in mechanical concerns and eager to return to his cozy slumber, Stitch simply switches off the warning and reclines again. But the light reappears, persistent and unrelenting. Annoyed, Stitch silences it once more, determined to ignore the nuisance. When it blinks on a third time, however, his patience snaps—rather than investigate the issue, he throws a tantrum and violently smashes the control board. Chaos erupts in the cockpit as a cascade of alerts blare: “Warning. Guidance not functional. Warning. Crash imminent. Prepare for impact.” Only then does Stitch grasp the gravity of the situation, but it’s far too late. As the ship spirals out of control toward Earth, he can do nothing but wail in terror, his nap now a distant memory.


In an emergency session of the Galactic Federation, the Grand Councilwoman addresses a gathering of alien leaders to determine the fate of a volatile new life form—an indestructible, hyper-intelligent, and wildly mischievous creature engineered by the notorious Dr. Jumba Jookiba. Imprisoned in a glass tank, the creature mocks the assembly with brazen antics, licking the glass and reveling in the chaos. Dr. Jookiba, confronted about his reckless creation of what is deemed a bio-weapon, remains defiantly proud of his handiwork. While the council clamors for the creature’s immediate destruction, the Councilwoman urges restraint, suggesting that intelligence might imply the capacity for reason. Turning to the creature, she implores it to reveal a glimmer of goodness within. The being approaches the microphone with theatrical deliberation, clears its throat, and delivers a shockingly profane statement in its alien tongue, eliciting gasps of horror and even causing one council member to vomit. “So naughty!” the Councilwoman exclaims, stunned. Even Jookiba is taken aback: “I did not teach him that.” With his behavior as evidence, the Councilwoman declares the creature—Stitch—irredeemable and orders his exile to a distant planet.

Lilo is determined to teach Stitch how to behave, especially with Nani facing a crucial day of job interviews that must not be sabotaged by his usual chaos. Armed with a blackboard and a firm resolve, Lilo begins her lessons in good conduct, showing Stitch a drawing of himself with red colored nearly up to his head: “This is your badness level. It’s unusually high for someone your size. But, we’ll fix that.” The first lesson—lending a helping hand—takes them to a hotel where Nani is interviewing. Lilo demonstrates how to wash windows, but Stitch’s sneeze sends snot splattering across the glass, horrifying guests and dooming Nani’s chances. Next, Lilo teaches him not to “wreck stuff,” using delicate glasses at a restaurant as practice. Stitch eventually learns to handle them gently, but only after a trail of shattered glass and another failed interview. Finally, Lilo tries to instill the value of making amends by revisiting a girl whose toy Stitch had destroyed. He attempts to repair and return it, but it falls apart. Despite Lilo’s best efforts, Stitch flunks every lesson, and Nani walks away from each interview empty-handed.


Lilo dashes into hula class, late once again, slipping into line just in time for the group to head onstage for their performance. When she explains to the teacher that her tardiness was due to feeding a sandwich to her fish, the other girls snicker, whispering, “She’s so weird.” Spotting a trio of classmates wearing matching bracelets, Lilo beams and proudly displays her own handmade creation. “I got a friendship bracelet too!” she announces, only to be met with cruel laughter. “That’s not a friendship bracelet. Eww. Garbage girl puts garbage on her arm!” Another adds, “It’s not a friendship bracelet if you don’t have any friends.” Lilo’s smile fades, and her sadness deepens when she scans the audience and sees the chair reserved for her only family member sitting empty. As the music begins, she joins her classmates onstage, her gaze fixed on that vacant seat. When one of the girls deliberately knocks her down and hisses, “She’s not coming,” Lilo’s pain boils over. Unable to hold back any longer, she lashes out, shoving her tormenter off the stage in a burst of raw emotion.
