ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

Garfield

Vic, Garfield, and Odie are hitching a ride on a train car.  Garfield begins to outline a plan for hopping the moving train: "We'll need a hundred feet of rope.  We'll throw the rope over that branch, right there.  And then, timing it just right, we swing over as the train passes by and land on top of the car."  Vic, placing Garfield on a tree branch and pulling it back like a slingshot: "Or...we can do this!"  Vic lets go of the branch.  The surprised Garfield is flung towards the speeding train, screaming.  He passes through the open train car and out the other side.  He lands on a tree, which bends and flings him back towards the train.  Back-and-forth, Garfield is flung between two trees.  Finally, Garfield is spun out of the tree warp, but his trials continue.  He is bounced from object to object until he finally lands face-first in a pile of manure inside the train car.  Vic, grinning: "See!  I told you this was gonna be fun!"  Garfield, hoarsely: "You and I have different definitions of fun."


Otto sighs, looking in disappointment at his pathetic protégés: "If this is going to work, these two have to be on the same page."  He asks Odie if the dog has any idea of how to get the two cats to work as a team.  Odie leads the pouting Vic and Garfield to a tree.  While the two bicker, Odie ties a vine around them, binding them both to opposite sides of the tree.  The cats are so busy arguing they don't even notice they've been bound until after it is finished.  Vic tugs on the vine: "What is this?"  His tug pulls the vine tighter around Garfield, who instantly pulls back.  Vic: "Hey, watch it!"  Vic yanks the vine, causing Garfield to slap himself in the face.  Garfield returns the favor.  Instead of working together to free themselves from their bindings, the cats are using them to deal each other blows.  Odie and Otto, munching on popcorn, watch from a nearby tree.  Otto: "I could watch this all day."


Jinx tells Garfield the tale of her sad past.  Jinx: "I scratched and clawed my way through hard times to come here, with one dream…"  Jinx remembers walking down the red carpet when she at last realized her goal.  Photographers crowd the barriers, snapping photos of the latest contestants on "America's Next Top Feline."  Jinx had always longed for fame and glory: "I wanted to be seen.  I wanted to matter."  Jinx takes the stage with her tuba.  But her stage fright completely overwhelms her: "I was a failure."  Things started to look up when she met Vic, but when he abandoned her during a foiled milk heist, she was sent to the pound.  At last, she escapes, with only one desire left.  Garfield: "So, your purpose was to escape jail and get involved with charities?"  Jinx: "No.  My purpose was...revenge."

Garfield hates Mondays.  Everything bad seems to happen on that first working day of the week.  Dreaded vet appointments.  Extreme weather.  Spiders.  All things that Garfield hates.  A montage of Monday experiences show Garfield dropping ice cream cones, spilling toothpaste, and taking hated baths.  Finally, Garfield puts a paper reading, "Mondays," through the shredder.  Garfield, bitterly: "And that's why we should go from Sunday to Tuesday."


Garfield has hopped onto a speeding train to rescue Vic.  The two cats carefully make their way to the top of the train cars, knowing Roland and Nolan are right behind them.  They make it to the top, with several narrow misses, and race for the caboose.  But, when the two dogs suddenly appear on either end of their train car, they realize they are trapped.  Roland folds his arms menacingly: "Did you expect to take us on all by yourself?"  Garfield, who had prepared for this eventuality: "No.  I brought takeout."  Suddenly, hundreds of drones appear in the air, each carrying a load of Italian food.  Garfield fills his mouth with meatballs, then spits them machine-gun style at Nolan.  The little dog is thrust off of the train car.  Next, Garfield drenches a large salad with dressing.  He drops it on the ground in front of Roland.  Roland slips on a wet leaf and begins stumbling across the car.  Garfield: "I never understood the purpose of salad until this exact moment."

Otto realizes that Garfield and Vic are woefully unprepared for the challenge ahead of them.  He makes a list of the skills needed to rescue Ethel from the dairy: "Agility, confidence, perseverance, team spirit, loyalty, and competitive greatness."  He then begins to train the cats to exhibit these qualities.  Otto: "Number-one, develop lightning-fast reflexes."  He holds out a pebble in his hand: "This pebble represents danger you may encounter.  You need to grab it before it grabs you."  Garfield tries and fails to snatch the pebble.  Otto whacks him over the head: "Too slow!  Being able to grab the pebble could be the difference between life and death."  Garfield tries again and, this time, succeeds in grabbing the pebble.  But Otto again disciplines him: "It's never just about the pebble."  Otto continues throwing danger in their way, but Vic and Garfield never seem to improve.  Instead, danger keeps winning.  Otto: "You need to stay alert!  A baby could have seen that coming!"  Otto, throwing logs at the cats: "You'll never make it through Lactose Farms if you can't survive this training."  He ties their legs together to develop teamwork and then chases them with a tree.  Garfield and Vic trip each other, fall down a hill, and land together in a bruised heap.


Vic, Odie, and Garfield have inadvertently entered the Pine Cone, the building Otto warned them to avoid at all costs.  Garfield, spotting the loading dock, begins to walk purposefully towards it when Vic shouts a warning.  "Junior!  Don't move!  Otto told us to stay out of the Pine Cone!"  Garfield, dismissively: "Oh, stop.  There's no Pine Cone.  Otto's a bit of a worrywart."  Garfield turns to walk away when, suddenly, the floor beneath him opens and he falls through.  Vic, yelling: "Junior!"  Garfield reappears quickly, sitting atop a large hunk of cheese.  The cheese hurtles towards another area of the factory, where a mechanical voice announces: "Shred sequence initiated."  Garfield cowers in fear as the block beneath him quickly diminishes at the hands of a giant grater.  Odie barks for Garfield to jump.  The cat obeys, landing on another block of hanging cheese.  He only has a moment to believe he's safe before his cheese block enters the Fondue Area.  Large boiling vats of cheese bubble like lava as the conveyor belt drops cheese blocks, one-by-one.  Just before Garfield's block is dropped, Odie grabs a string cheese, makes a lasso, and ropes Garfield onto another block of cheese.  This time, huge knives rhythmically chop the cheese block, and Garfield has to dance between the falling blades.  Odie jumps in to try to rescue him, but gets trapped himself.  Finally, Vic dives in, rescuing them both with only the small loss of the tip of his tail fur.
