ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, digital, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 14,000+ Scene Ideas, Views and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 600,000+ songs and 7,000+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from 3,000+ producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the scenes that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC) was founded in 1986 by former MGM executives and an MPAA attorney. Their goal was to develop a process to help the public leverage the work of the creative community without infringing on copyright.

## How We Use Cookies

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. If you can't find your Key, please email us at: [support@screenvue.com ](mailto:support@screenvue.com "support@screenvue.com")

__"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

__"What is the difference between Scene Ideas, Scene Views, and Scene Downloads?"__
- The ScreenVue Vault offers THREE different types of Scenes:

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly).

It is the semifinals and if Claressa wins, she secures a spot on the Olympic team.  Claressa's coach tells her that her opponent has the advantage of a longer reach.  Claressa has an uphill battle in front of her.  This is evident from the start of the match, as Claressa's normal fighting style just isn't working.  She goes to her corner at the end of the round, discouraged.  Her coach tries to advise her, but panic sets in and Claressa just doesn't hear what she is saying.  She begins to breathe faster, fear of failure taking her over.  Claressa has yet another disappointing round.  She spends most of the match on the defensive and struggles to land any blows.  Finally, she loses.  Later, she sits alone backstage, her head in her hands, her dreams of the Olympics shattered.


A desperate Claressa sits in the pawn shop, hoping to trade her Olympic gold medal for money to help feed her family.  Her mom enters the building just as the pawn shop owner approaches with the medal: "I apologize for the betrayal.  Weren't no way I was gonna let you pawn this medal."  (The man had called Claressa's mother to let her know of the situation.)  He hands her the case with the five gold rings embossed on the front and then returns to the back room of the shop.  Claressa, tearing up: "I just wanted to help, Ma."  Jackie: "I know baby, I know.  But there's certain things we can't just be giving away."  Claressa says she doesn't care about the medal, that it doesn't matter: "What good did it do?  It ain't special."  Jackie: "No, it ain't special.  But you is.  You having this medal lets folks round here know that if Claressa Shields can do it, they can too.  So, it ain't about a medal.  It about you."  (Caution: f-word)


Young Claressa enters the boxing gym, hoping against hope she'll be allowed to train.  She watches Coach Jason teach the boys and does some shadow boxing outside the ring.  Zay sees her and taunts: "Ain't no cheerleading practice up in here!"  The other boys laugh.  Coach quiets them, but tells Claressa he can't coach her because she's a girl: "You wanna hang around the gym, that's fine, but we don't train no girls here at Berston Field House.  You hear me?"  Claressa nods, but puts on the head gear anyway.  The boys continue their teasing, but Coach decides to give her one shot in the ring.  He leads her in a spar against Zay.  At first, Zay quickly backs her against the ropes.  Coach Jason takes her aside: "Don't you hang your head, you hear?  You can lose a fight, but you can't let nobody take your heart, okay?"  Claressa nods.  Jason quickly shows her a few moves.  Claressa picks them up quickly.  This time, when she faces Zay, she is the victor.  Coach Jason smiles at her: "You done real good."  Claressa beams.  (Caution: a-word)


Rachel Morrison

Claressa has made the Olympic boxing team, but now she has to train her body for the task ahead.  She gets up early in the morning to run before school.  She runs more after school.  All day, every day, she trains every spare minute she has.  She spars with her coach and the other boxers at the gym.  She jumps rope, does sit ups, and practices with the punching bags.  She does speed drills in the hallways at school.  She continues training into the night, doing pushups and sparring even at home with her coach.  A song plays in the background: ♪ "You gotta make the decision to be the one difference in your life and turn it around.  Said I would do this back when I was nine.  Said I would do this before I got signed.  Said I would give all these lost kids and doubters a reason and purpose to question their lives.  Look where I am and then look where I've been.  Tell me that I am not destined to win." ♪ Finally, all of Claressa's hard work pays off.  She stands proudly in her Olympic uniform at the opening ceremonies in London.

Claressa has just won the national championships and is on her way to the Olympic trials.  She is being interviewed by the press.  Reporter: "So, Claressa, tell me, why boxing?"  Claressa, her arms folded across her chest: "I like to beat people up."  Reporter, thinking she's joking: "You like to beat people up?"  Claressa: 'That's right."  After that comment, Nicole takes Claressa aside: "You might wanna rethink your strategy.  People expect female athletes to behave a certain way, look a certain way.  Boxing's no exception.  It sucks, I know, but the reality is, if you wanna succeed outside the ring, you gotta play the game."  Nicole takes Claressa into a different room, where another female boxer is posing for photographs.  She is dressed in an evening gown, her long, styled hair blowing in the breeze from the fans pointed at her.  Claressa is confused to see the girl in full makeup: "Ain't she got a fight today?"  Nicole tells her it's a photo shoot for a major fashion magazine.  She implies that this is the image that is required in order to get sponsorships.  Claressa looks disgusted: "I'm a way better boxer than her."  Nicole: "That is exactly my point.  It's not fair, but for women, it's not just about how skilled you are."  Later on, in the solitude of her hotel room, Claressa stands in front of the mirror.  She tests out some mascara and lip gloss, but almost immediately wipes it off.  She just wants to be herself.  (Caution: s-word, a-word)


It is the end of round one in the Olympic finals, and, although the score is tied, Claressa is struggling.  She is discouraged and it shows.  From far away in the stands, Coach Jason tries to yell advice, but he is too far away to be heard.  Seeing that Claressa could really use his support, Nicole quickly rushes Coach Jason (who is not sanctioned by the Olympic committee as a coach) down to the floor to a closer spot.  Claressa continues to struggle her way through the second round.  Finally, the bell rings and she goes to her corner.  Jason finally gets to his spot on the floor and begins to yell encouragement: "Ressa!  Stay with her!  Don't let her out on the right!  She ain't never seen nothin' like you!"  His words cut through the noise around Claressa and she hears him cheering her on.  In the next round, she is like a new boxer.  She dominates the final two rounds.  Back in Flint, people all over town are cheering for her, their eyes glued to their television sets.  At last, the bout is finished and the judges announce the victor: "Gold medalist and Olympic champion, representing the United States of America, Claressa Shields!"  All of Flint celebrates.  Later, Claressa stands on the top platform at the podium, watching the American flag being raised above the crowd.  She holds up her gold medal, beaming. (Caution: d-word)


Jason asks Mickey what she thinks about girls boxing.  He tells his wife that a little girl named Claressa has been running all the way to his gym daily, hoping to learn how to box.  Mickey thinks for a few moments: "Don't see no reason why she can't.  She got hands."  Jason laughs: "Yeah, she do.  I just never..."  He shakes his head.  Mickey: "You never what?"  Jason: "I just ain't never thought about no girls boxing."  Mickey looks at him pointedly: "And, why is that?"  She raises her eyebrows, daring him to say girls aren't good enough.  Jason's daughter Keisha raises her own brows at her dad.  Jason looks silently back at both women, knowing he's beat.


It is the night before the U.S. Women's Boxing Championships and Coach Jason is talking to Claressa.  "You win tomorrow, you goin' to the Olympic trials.  You don't get many opportunities like this, so, when you do, you go all the way."  Later, Claressa sits alone in her hotel room, thinking back on Coach Jason's words.  Jason: "You've seen more in your sixteen years than most people seen in their entire lifetime.  You a survivor, Ressa.  You got this fire inside of you.  I want you to take all that pain and turn it into something good."
