ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Married Anti-Villain League (AVL) agents Gru and Lucy are sent to recover the stolen Dumont Diamond from Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who became a supervillain after his show, Evil Bratt, was canceled. Gru recovers the diamond, but Bratt escapes.

After Bratt terrorizes Hollywood and tries to kill Gru with the robot's laser, Dru risks his life to break into the robot and power it down from the inside. Gru then engages Bratt in a dance fight before stealing his weaponized keytar to defeat him. The Minions, having escaped jail to reunite with Gru, pop the bubble gum bubbles covering the city. Dru and Gru reconcile, and share an embrace with Lucy, Margo, Edith and Agnes!

Lucy protects Margo by helping her get rid of an unwanted suitor; causing the lad's mother to return and prounouce a curse on Lucy. This does not sit well with Lucy, who comes to Margo's defense, helping the two bond further.

Gru is surprised to learn he has a long-lost twin brother, Dru!  Gru travels to visit him in a distant country named Freedonia where Dru has inherited immense wealth, a large mansion and amazing gadgets. Dru reveals to Gru that their deceased father was a supervillain known as "the Bald Terror", whose villainous activities and technological advances are the real source of the family's wealth. Dru wants Gru to teach him how to become a villain, but Gru refuses to revert to his old ways. However, Dru and Gru become closer after joyriding in their father's high-tech vehicle.

Gru and Dru decide to steal the diamond; however, Gru secretly intends to bring it to the AVL to convince Da Vinci to rehire him and Lucy. They narrowly escape with the diamond and are rescued by Lucy. Dru, finding out Gru's true motives, is upset that Gru lied about teaching him how to be a villain. In return, Gru berates Dru for his incompetence, disowns him, and decides to leave Freedonia.

Lucy finds Gru sitting by himself in the dark basement.  She sits down beside him: "What are you doing down here?"  Gru, morosely: "Oh, nothing.  Just thinking."  Lucy, gently: "You okay?"  Gru: "Oh, yes.  Yeah, I'm fine.  I'm fine.  It's just...I don't know.  I guess I just feel like a failure.  Like I don't have a purpose anymore."  Lucy, firm but kind: "Hey, mister.  You are not a failure."  Gru: "If only I could have nailed Bratt.  So many times, I almost had him.  But now I'll never get the chance, 'cause I have been kicked to the curb."  Lucy, putting her arm around him: "Gru, you've got to let this go.  It's time to look forward.  Things will get better.  I promise."  Gru, still looking gloomy, doesn't answer.  Lucy kisses his cheek and walks away.  Gru, alone again, sighs.

Lucy looks around in awe at Dru's luxurious mansion.  A plush red carpet lines the huge marble staircase.  The walls and paneling are embellished with gold and everything is enormous and expensive.  She tells Dru what an amazing place he has.  Dru, appearing nonchalant: "Oh, it's nice, I guess.  Sure."  Putting on giant, designer, gold-rimmed sunglasses, he continues humbly: "I'm not really into things."  A second later, he opens a door leading outside.  A large patio is filled with shiny, red sports cars of all makes and models.  Margo gasps: "This is so cool!"  Edith, running outside with her sisters: "He's even got a helicopter!"

Lucy has brought the girls to the Freedonian cheese festival to enjoy some girl time.  Seeing a candy shop, Edith and Agnes beg Lucy for a treat.  She hands them a single coin: "Okay, but only one each.  I mean it."  The girls whine, disappointed.  Lucy laughs, thrusting a pile of cash at them: "No, I don't.  Get as many as you want!"  Margo looks on disapprovingly as the girls race to buy the candies.  She gently approaches Lucy: "It's okay to tell them no sometimes, too, you know?  Moms need to be tough."  Lucy: "Right, tough.  I can totally do that!"  She chuckles weakly: "Still figuring out this mom thing."  Suddenly, Agnes, her cheeks stuffed with sweets, squeals loudly: "It's a unicorn!"  She points at a decrepit building with a unicorn weather vane on the roof.  The building, a tavern, bears a sign entitled, "The Tipsy Unicorn."  Agnes, a lover of all unicorns, begs: "Can we go in there?"  Lucy looks with some trepidation as two miscreants are physically tossed out of the tavern.  Lucy, still reluctant to disappoint the girls: "Um...sure!  Yeah!"  Thankfully, she is able to distract them before she has to make good on her promise.

Mel, unhappy in jail, is in the shower when he sees a shape in the bubbles that reminds him of Gru.  Looking back, he remembers the other times in his life when he's been sad.  Gru has always been there to encourage him.  He remembers falling off his bike and a smiling Gru gently bandaging him.  Next, he recalls being despondent over ruining his paper airplane.  Gru was there to give him a new plane.  Finally, he remembers going fishing, just the two of them.  When a fish tore his rod out of his grasp, Gru gave him his own.  Mel smiles at the memory of the two of them snuggling at the end of the pier.  (Caution: brief glimpse of minion bare bottom)

Gru, in a bad mood, kicks open the door and growls.  Inside, Agnes is playing with her new pet.  Excited, she squeals: "Gru!  I found a unicorn!"  Humming happily, she begins dancing with the animal: "My life is complete!"  Gru looks at the creature and sees that it is merely a baby goat with a missing horn.  He sighs, hating to break his daughter's heart: "Honey, that's not actually a unicorn."  Agnes: "But he has one horn."  Gru, taking her onto his lap, prepares himself to crush her dreams: "I'm sorry, sweetie, but he's just a goat.  Life is just like that sometimes.  We're hoping for a unicorn, and we get a goat."  Gru scowls, thinking of his own disappointments.  Agnes thinks for a moment, then smiles: "Well, you know what?  Lucky is the best goat in the whole, wide world!"  She hops down and hugs her pet, as happy as ever.

The evil Bratt has filled the city with exploding bubblegum and is about to launch it into space.  As the huge bubbles fill with air, they begin to knock over buildings.  Margo and her sisters are standing on the ledge of a skyscraper when a giant bubble starts to tilt it sideways.  The three of them fall off, but Margo is able to grab a hold of the ledge.  She hangs there, her two sisters dangling from her other arm.  Terrified, they scream for help.  Lucy, hearing them, swings in on a crane and lands on the ledge: "Hang on, girls!  I've got you!"  Margo: "I can't!  I'm slipping!"  She loses her grip completely and the girls begin to fall toward the ground.  Lucy grabs a large hunk of bubblegum and dives after the girls, using the gum like a bungee cord.  She grabs them mid-air and they all land safely on the ground.
