ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement!

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

Narrator: "Think about it.  A man who brings the word of God to more people than any other person in history."  Video clips from all throughout his career show Billy Graham preaching the gospel faithfully to crowds of thousands, famous people, and even world leaders.  President George Bush: "A humble farmer's son who helped change the world is a spiritual gift to all of us."  Billy's influence extended even to hardened Hollywood and video clips show him as a guest on numerous television talk shows.  Narrator, as a crowd of tens of thousands stands to hear Billy: "Who was this man who could preach like this?"  Billy: "I cannot save anybody.  I'm just an ordinary messenger of the kingdom of God."  Famous personalities give their testimony to the power in Billy's life.  Larry King: "He was a giant."  Tom Brokaw: "He was unparalleled in my judgement."  Brit Hume: "I think presidents reached out to him because they wanted what he had."  Video footage spanning decades shows Graham meeting with president after president.  Billy: "Who is this unique Person that comes across the pages of history?  Jesus said, 'Follow Me.  Come and change the world with Me!'"

After surrendering his life to the Lord, Billy Graham enrolled in the Florida Bible Institute.  Narrator: "While there, he experienced a calling he couldn't deny."  Billy: "I just felt God was speaking to me.  And He said, 'I want to use you.'  And I put up all the arguments that I could that I was not capable, didn't have the proper education.  But God was calling me and I knew that.  So, I got on my knees, right there, and I said, 'Lord, I'll go where You want me to go, and I'll be what You want me to be.  And I said, 'I'm Yours.'"  Soon after, Billy began receiving invitations to speak in local churches.  Billy recounts the story of his first talk at a large church.  Billy, after eleven people came forward to receive Christ that first time, realized what God was calling Him to do: "I said, 'Lord, maybe You have given me a gift that I didn't know, that I can give an invitation and people will come to Christ.'  And I began to give invitations after that."

When a number of Billy's friends began questioning Billy's belief in the Bible as the Word of God, Billy began to have doubts himself.  Billy, remembering: "The arguments were that you couldn't really trust the Scriptures, and that only the old-fashioned fundamentalists could trust the Scriptures.  And I began to think, well, perhaps they're right."  Narrator: "Billy Graham was at a crossroads, wrestling with arguments that carried eternal consequences."  Billy continued to study the Word and pray, knowing he couldn't move on until he had settled his doubts in his own mind.  Finally, there came a moment when Billy's shaky faith became solidified.  Billy, remembering: "I took this Bible and I said, 'Lord, I don't understand all about this Bible.  There are many things I cannot explain.'  And I remember laying the Bible out on a stump.  And I said, 'Lord, this is Your book.  I'm going to accept it by faith, like I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ by faith.'"  Narrator: "It was a decision that Billy would later say gave him a lasting, unassailable strength."

Franklin Graham describes the driving passion of his father's life: "He had a burden and a call on his life to take the gospel message to as many people as he possibly could.  He had preached to more people face-to-face than any other person in history."  Video footage shows Billy preaching in Africa: "You never hear Jesus saying, 'I think,' or 'Perhaps this is the way.'  He always said, 'This is the way, the truth, and the life!'"  Friend Cliff Barrows: "Bill said, 'I will go anywhere, at any time, at any cost to preach the gospel.  God took him at his word, and Bill took God at His Word."

Billy Graham spoke out against racism from the early days of the civil rights movement.  He believed racism would occur anywhere in the world where two races lived together, because prejudice had at its roots the sinful hearts of men.  But, Billy believed the problem of racism had a powerful answer: "The answer is in the cross of Jesus Christ."  News footage shows images of Dr. Martin Luther King, followed by reports of his assassination.  Billy: "There is no excuse ever for hatred.  There is no excuse ever for bigotry and intolerance and prejudice."  But, his position was not a popular one in many areas of the nation.  Billy's stand for righteousness and love made him a target for those who would continue in their sinful prejudices.  Billy tells one story of arriving at his own crusade to find that someone had installed ropes to separate the white and black sections.  Billy ordered an usher to take the ropes down.  The usher refused, so Billy removed the ropes himself.  The usher quit and Billy was faced with a scandal.  But, he did not back down.  He was convinced that people could change, if they had the love of Christ in them.  Billy wrote in an article soon after: "It is not sufficient to urge people to love their neighbor unless we lead them also to the capacity to love.  Christ gives men this capacity."

Narrator: "Billy Graham's travels often brought him face-to-face with heartbreak and suffering.  Over time, his conviction grew that he had a responsibility and couldn't just turn a blind eye."  Photo after photo show Billy in various countries, loving people who were suffering the effects of war, poverty, sin, and disaster.  Billy: "Anyone that studies the life of Jesus would know that He was concerned about the poor, the oppressed, the homeless, the sick.  I feel that I must obey Christ in that area as well."  Luis Palau tells a story of Billy and his wife travelling to Guatemala after a devastating earthquake, bringing food and medical supplies to the survivors.  Luis: "It impacted me because I thought, 'Wow, such an important man and his wife take time out to a dangerous place just to bless the people who are hurting so much.'"  Billy started a fund to help victims of natural disasters.  Billy: "Jesus said we're to love our neighbor as ourselves.  The gospel of Christ has no meaning unless it's applied to our fellow man who hurts and is in need.  That's our neighbor!"

At his father's memorial service, Franklin Graham stands to speak about Billy.  "He has often said that someday you'll read that Billy Graham is dead.  He said, 'Don't you believe one word of it.'  He said, 'I'll be more alive than I am now.  I'll have just changed addresses, that's all.'  And I can only imagine what it was like for my father to step into heaven.  And there was the Lord Jesus Christ to say, 'Well done, good and faithful servant.'  There was the throne of God.  Can you just imagine that?  My mother, his mother, father, friends, clapping, cheering, bells ringing, trumpets blowing.  Not because it was Billy Graham.  It's just, another child had come home.  Another child of God."
