ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access. 
- The *CVL Total Producer Package* offers 4,000+ studios and producers, including every major Hollywood studio and most of the major/minors, and comes with complimentary access to the new ScreenVue Vault: unlocked with a provided Access Key.

Kerchak is leading the gorilla pack through the jungle when Kala suddenly arrives holding a baby human.  The other gorillas gasp in shocked surprise when they see the baby, but politely try to hide their aversion to the hairless creature.  Terk pipes up, speaking the words in the minds of them all: "It's freaky-lookin', okay?  That's what it is."  Terk climbs onto Kala to get a closer look at the strange being: "What the heck is it, anyway?"  Kala smiles tenderly: "He's a baby."  She places the baby in Terk's arms.  The two instantly bond.  Terk, smiling: "So, where's his mama?"  Kala: "Well, I'm going to be his mother now."  The other gorillas appear surprised at her announcement.  Kerchak approaches, sniffing the child.  Kerchak, tenderly: "Kala, it won't replace the one we lost."  Kala, sadly: "I know that.  But he needs me."  Kerchak, wrinkling his nose in disgust: "Kala, look at it.  It's not our kind."  Kerchak initially refuses to allow Kala to keep the baby, fearing the human will bring danger to their tribe.  Kala, however, is determined, and Kerchak finally relents.  But he makes it clear that the baby is only there on sufferance.  Kerchak: "I said he could stay.  That doesn't make him my son."

Tarzan, the only boy in a herd of gorillas, longs to fit in with the other young creatures.  His only friend, Terk, has gone off to play with the other young gorillas at the watering hole.  Much to Terk's chagrin, Tarzan has followed her to the hangout.  When the other gorillas give her a hard time for bringing along the "hairless wonder," Terk promises them she'll get rid of him.  Taking the eager boy aside, she tells him he must earn the respect of the gang in order to be a part of it.  To earn this respect, Terk says Tarzan must bring them the hair from an elephant, a task she thinks is so impossible he will never dare to try it.  The two of them look down over the immense waterfall, where the enormous elephants are fighting tusk-to-tusk.  Tarzan is visibly frightened, making Terk think she has succeeded in scaring him away: "Listen, take it from me.  Go home.  Okay?"  Terk rejoins her friends.  Suddenly, Tarzan runs and jumps off the cliff, sailing over the waterfall.  Terk screams, never imagining he would take her dare seriously.  A loud smack is heard as Tarzan does a belly-flop into the water.  The gorillas cringe in sympathy pain, but watch Tarzan's antics excitedly, enjoying the show.  Only Terk fears for the boy and continually tries to convince him to return.  Gorillas, to Terk: "This guy's great!  If he lives, you should bring him around more often."

Tarzan is swimming toward the elephant herd, intent on stealing a hair from one of the beasts (see Scene # CV07551).  Tantor, a fearful baby elephant, is standing at the edge of the herd, reluctant to enter the "contaminated" water.  Tantor repeatedly interrupts his mother's conversation with his imagined traumas.  Irritated, she listens with half an ear while trying to engage with the other adults.  Tantor, seeing Tarzan swimming in the water: "Watch out!  There's something swimming!  It's coming right at you!"  Mother, frustrated: "Honey, Mummy's losing her patience."  Tantor tugs on her tail persistently: "But this time I really see something!"  Tarzan comes up out of the water for a breath and Tantor squeals: "Piranha!  It's a piranha!"  Ignoring the warning, the adults begin to argue over whether or not piranhas are native to Africa.  Finally, Tarzan succeeds in grabbing the tail of one of the elephants.  The elephant screams: "My butt!  There's something on my butt!"  Tantor: "It's a piranha!"  The elephants gasp in horror, staring as Tarzan again surfaces from under the water: "Piranha!"  Panicking, the elephants stampede, struggling to get out of the water as quickly as possible.  Tarzan is almost trampled as the elephants rush toward the jungle.  Trumpeting loudly, the elephants stomp their way through the jungle, invading the gorilla nest and nearly killing a baby.  Kerchak manages to rescue the baby just in time, and watches as the elephants retreat deeper into the jungle, leaving a cloud of dust behind them.

Tarzan stares at his reflection in the pond.  Frustrated that he looks different from the rest of the herd, the boy hits the water with his fists until the reflection disappears.  When the water calms, he again sees his reflection.  He notices that mud has spattered on his face, covering his light skin with a brown more like his gorilla family.  Consumed with his desire to be like the others, Tarzan begins grabbing fistfuls of mud, plastering it all over his body.  Kala arrives, finding her adopted son covered in slime.  Kala: "Tarzan, what are you doing?"  Tarzan, angrily: "Why am I so different?"  Kala, beginning to clean him off: "Because you're covered in mud, that's why."  Tarzan tells his mother that their chief said he didn't belong in the tribe.  Kala, dismissively: "Never mind what Kerchak said."  Tarzan, not to be brushed off with an easy answer: "Look at me!"  Kala, sobered: "I am, Tarzan.  And do you know what I see?"  Kala begins to point out their similarities: "I see two eyes, like mine.  And a nose..."  Kala succeeds in lifting Tarzan's spirits: "What else?"  Tarzan, eagerly: "Two hands?"  He places his small, white hands against his mother's large, dark ones.  His smile fades.  Kala sighs, hurting for her son.  She lifts his chin with her hand: "Close your eyes.  Now, forget what you see.  What do you feel?"  She places Tarzan's hand on his chest.  Tarzan: "My heart?"  She cradles Tarzan to her own chest.  Tarzan: "Your heart?"  Kala: "See?  We're exactly the same."  Tarzan smiles, hugging his mother.

Jane is lost in the jungle and trapped in a tree.  She is startled by Tarzan's sudden appearance and backs away from the strange man.  Tarzan, thinking like a gorilla, closes in to inspect the interesting creature.  He examines her toes, touches her face, and invades her personal space.  Jane, thinking he's being fresh, tries to slap him, but Tarzan just takes her hand and places his own against it, staring at their joined palms.  His eyes widen as he realizes that he has finally found someone like him.  Jane isn't sure what to think and becomes even more confused when Tarzan leans against her chest, listening for her heartbeat.  Tarzan grabs Jane's head and leans it against his own chest, letting Jane feel his heartbeat.  Jane, extremely uncomfortable, pushes him away: "It's a lovely heartbeat.  It's very nice."  Tarzan, repeating her words: "Very nice."  Jane, thinking Tarzan must speak English, begins to jabber endlessly.  Tarzan puts a finger to her lips, silencing her.  Grunting, he points to himself: "Tarzan."  Jane squints at him, confused.  Tarzan repeats his name.  Finally, Jane realizes he is saying his name: "Oh, I see!"  Tarzan, thinking Jane has just given him her name, repeats it, pointing at her: "Ohisee!"  Jane, seeing his misunderstanding, clears her throat to correct him: "No, no, no.  I'm Jane."  Tarzan, taking her literally, points at her, clearing his own throat: "Nononoimjane."  Jane decides to make it simpler, pointing to herself: "Jane."  She points at Tarzan: "Tarzan."  Tarzan, taking her chin in his hand: "Jane."

Clayton is amazed to find a man living as one of the gorillas and hopes to use Tarzan to find the herd.  But, when he tries to question Tarzan, it is obvious that he speaks no English.  In fact, Tarzan behaves more like a gorilla than a man, climbing all over Clayton, playing with his moustache, and walking on all fours.  Clayton, irrationally, tries yelling his question, hoping the increased volume will increase understanding.  When that fails, Clayton moves to the chalkboard and draws a picture of a gorilla: "I'll make him understand!"  Clayton, gesturing with the chalk towards the picture: "GORILLA."  Tarzan repeats the word, but thinks it refers to the piece of chalk.  Clayton angrily shakes his fist in Tarzan's face: "No, no, no, no!"  Jane, realizing Clayton's methods aren't working, decides to take control of Tarzan's education herself.  Soon, she is giving him regular lessons, teaching with patience, kindness, and interest.  She opens Tarzan's eyes to the world outside the jungle.  She teaches him to read, shows him the stars, and even trains him to ride a bicycle.  Tarzan absorbs her teaching with childlike eagerness.
