ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

__"Where can I find my Access Key to sign-in with?"__
- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

__"What are the restrictions for streaming our service and including a movie scene? "__
- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

__"Can content in the ScreenVue Vault be used with a Church Video Licence anywhere in the world?"__

The procedure is a delicate one, as gorillas can be dangerous, and Connor is there just to observe.  Unexpectedly, the alpha male, George, enters the clearing.  Amy and Nelson, knowing that the meeting of the two males could be fraught with peril, warn Davis of the gorilla's approach.  Paavo, seeing George, immediately becomes agitated.  Davis, tensely: "Everyone stay where you are.  No one move."  Connor, standing in between the two gorillas, is frightened and wants to escape: "Are you crazy?"  Davis, firmly: "If you move, we're gonna be in big trouble.  Connor, do not move."  Nelson: "Connor, do what he says!"  Connor, terrified, begins to slowly back away.  Nelson, now yelling: "Connor, don't move!"  Paavo bares his teeth and growls, then runs straight for Connor.  Connor is now sprinting away from the gorilla.  Suddenly, George leaps in between them, pushing Paavo away from the cowering Connor.  Connor, weeping in a fetal position with his hands covering his head, has to be persuaded that it is safe to get up.  (Caution: s-word spoken in background)

Burke and his men, soldiers of fortune, have been hired to hunt down a giant, rampaging wolf.  Armed to the teeth, they peer into the dense forest.  The sound of a twig snapping alerts the men to possible danger.  Instantly, they fan out, aiming their weapons in the direction of the sound.  The fog makes it impossible to see much farther than the trees immediately surrounding them.  The atmosphere is tense.  Suddenly, a herd of elk jumps into the clearing, running past as quickly as they appeared.  One of the soldiers turns to Burke: "What do you think spooked - -"  His words are cut off as an enormous wolf leaps out of the woods from the opposite direction and engulfs him in his massive jaws.  (Caution: scene may frighten some viewers)

Davis, Kate, and Russell are trapped on a burning cargo plane with a giant, rampaging gorilla.  The plane, which has lost an engine and part of its body, is most certainly going down, and the gorilla is running loose and murderous.  Davis, focusing on the problem immediately at hand, decides to try to incapacitate the gorilla.  Clinging to the side of the plane, Davis swings Kate across the cargo hold like a trapeze artist in order for her to loosen the chain on the heavy cargo.  The cargo falls, trapping the gorilla beneath.  Now that one problem is solved, the plane takes a steep nosedive, making the issue of the impending crash paramount.  Kate, who is hanging tightly to a strap to keep from being sucked out of the plane's gaping hole, looks helplessly at Davis: "Now what?"  Davis, indicating the parachutes underneath the seats, puts one on himself, carrying a third for the unconscious Russell.  Kate: "This is insane!  We're gonna die!"  Davis: "Probably!  Now, go!"  Kate lets go and is immediately sucked out of the plane.  Davis watches as her parachute opens and she begins to drift safely toward the ground.  Just then, the gorilla awakens and starts to pull free from the cargo.  Davis, hurrying, straps a parachute to Russell and pushes out of the plane just before the gorilla can reach them.  (Caution: d-word used as profanity, h-word used as profanity)

Davis, recently discovering Kate's deceit, has told her that their partnership is over.  She chases after him, trying to apologize, but he seems more cynical than angry.  Davis: "Save it.  You wanted something, you lied to get it.  You're human."  Kate: "What makes you dislike people so much?"  Davis, stopping to look her full in the face: "Let me tell you something.  I've fought in wars all over the world.  Hunted down animal poachers Africa, India, South America.  I got to see how people really are.  And they'll pretty much do anything to get what they want."

Davis and Kate are flying over Chicago in a helicopter, on the trail of the mutant animals heading for the city.  Davis looks soberly down at the masses of people on the streets below, knowing they'll never be evacuated in time.  Suddenly, Kate yells as a tank comes hurtling through the air, narrowly missing their chopper.  The two look down at street level, where an enormous wolf and gorilla are tossing around vehicles like they were toys and tearing huge chunks out of buildings.  They can only watch in stunned silence as the wolf makes a leap for one of the military aircraft and throws it to the ground.  The helicopter explodes in flames.  Several other military choppers fire their weapons at the beasts, but to no avail.  They are quickly and violently dispatched.  Davis is now piloting the only remaining craft in the sky.  He watches helplessly as the gorilla tosses cars into buildings and the wolf howls gloatingly.  (Caution: Lord's name used in vain, h-word used as profanity)

As a giant crocodile crashes through the lower floors of a skyscraper, a giant wolf and giant gorilla busy themselves destroying the roof.  Davis and Kate, trapped on the roof, know they only have minutes before the whole building collapses.  Thinking quickly, Davis eyes a wrecked chopper that's parked nearby.  Although it no longer has the capability of flying, Davis thinks it may have enough lift to ride the collapse of the building like a wave.  Reluctantly, Kate follows him inside and straps herself in.  Davis starts the engine moments before the building starts to buckle.  Screaming all the way down, the two fall with the building.  The crocodile, wolf, and gorilla, meanwhile, are still chomping away, seemingly oblivious to danger.  After the skyscraper hits the ground and the dust begins to settle, Davis helps pull Kate from the wreckage, alive, but weary.  (Caution: h-word used as profanity, Lord's name used in vain multiple times)
