ScreenVue is the result of a joint venture and partnership between Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC).

ScreenVue first launched in 2003 as a service of CVLI. The CVLI Church Video License provides legal coverage for churches and for other ministry organizations to show DVDs, Blu-rays, movie downloads and streams of motion pictures. Each organization needs to be specifically covered. Coverage includes playing just a few seconds of a movie all the way up to showing the full-length feature.

Each *Total Producer Church Video License* and *Standard CVLI Video License* (or any *Church Video Licence* globally) comes with free ScreenVue Vault access.

The ScreenVue Vault offers 11,000+ Scene Ideas and Downloads from a variety of movies and resources. 

ScreenVue saves you hours of time finding that perfect movie illustration for next Sunday’s sermon, child or youth service, or video announcement! 

All Scene Ideas (using your own copy or rental; via Blu-ray, DVD, streaming or download) include a scene summary, themes and time cues.

### CCLI

Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) was established in 1988 to provide churches with simple, affordable solutions to complex copyright issues. CCLI helps churches maintain their integrity while giving them the freedom to worship expressively and spontaneously.

Churches often face copyright infringement issues in two areas: 1) copying music without permission, and 2) showing movies without authorization.

For copying music to assist with congregational singing, the Church Copyright License provides blanket coverage for 300,000+ songs and 4,500+ publishers and song owners. Currently, global churches are using 600,000+ CCLI licenses.

### CVLI

From a unique partnership between Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) and Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI) and the Church Video License was formed in 2001.

The Church Video License provides churches with legal coverage to show all, or any portion of, thousands of movie titles from a number of movie producers, including all the major studios. Currently, the titles from almost 3,000 producers are represented by the Church Video License, including the titles that contain all the Scene Ideas and Scene Downloads that are part of the ScreenVue Vault.

## How We Use Cookies

- Every Church Video Licence globally and every *Total Producer Church Video License* (or *Standard CVLI Video License*) in the USA comes with FREE access to the ScreenVue Vault, which is unlocked with your Access Key. Your Access Key will be included in the monthly CVL update emails you receive. __"Why won't my Access Key work?"__
- The usual reason for the Access Key not to work (and a footer error message to appear) is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter the *Email address* associated with your Church Video License (or CCLI account).
- Enter the *Access Key* found in your last CVL update email (exactly, with no spaces).
- Select the *Terms of Use* and a *Keeping in Touch* option.
- You should be in! If you have done all this and still have a problem, please let us know and we'll dig further.

__"In the USA, why don't I have access as a CVL Family Values Package member?"__
- The *CVL Family Values Package* offers only 65+ studios and producers, and does not include any major/minor Hollywood studios - and does not come with ScreenVue Vault access.

- For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie (the entire film or just a scene), the Church Video License terms do not cover streaming a movie scene - even if used in a sermon - over the internet to the general public.
- However, it is permissible to live stream a movie scene inside the facility as long as it is a closed-stream (not accessed publicly). 
- In light of COVID-19, the Church Video License has made temporary modifications to the license: For churches that stream their services and want to include any part of a movie, they can use a platform that is gated or private (password protected entry to only members and guests and not open to the general public), such as Zoom (requiring a password to join).

Cassie is reluctantly attending Mary's baby shower.  She already feels awkward and out of place, and when they play a game requiring everyone to write down a fond memory of their mother, the orphaned woman has nothing to say.  Mary, reading the memories aloud to everyone, stops when she finds a blank card.  Mary: "Whose is this?"  Cassie: "Oh, it's mine."  Susan: "You must have at least one fond memory of your mother."  Cassie: "Well, my mother actually died in childbirth."  When Cassie sees the look of horror on Mary's face, she tries to soften her words, but only succeeds in making the situation extremely awkward.  Cassie: "It wasn't that bad.  I mean, obviously it was bad.  She died."  Cassie, chuckling self-consciously, looks around at all the eyes staring at her.  She digs herself deeper: "I grew up totally healthy.  Death in childbirth is super rare."  She continues babbling until Susan interrupts her: "Let's move on to the next game."

Mary has gone into labor and Ben and the girls are rushing her to the hospital.  Unbeknownst to them, Ezekiel is following them and orders Amaria to create a traffic pileup in order to trap them.  With the car trapped in the middle of an intersection, they are easy pickings for the villain.  But, before he can attack, Cassie crashes an ambulance through a building and hits Ezekiel in midair.  He lies on the ground, stunned, while Cassie ushers the girls into the ambulance.  They speed away, but Ezekiel is never far behind.  He leaps from car to car, coming ever closer.  Thinking fast, Cassie tells Anya to charge the defibrillator.  When Ezekiel lands on the roof of the ambulance, Cassie tells Anya to put the charged paddles against the roof.  Ezekiel is electrocuted and flies off the ambulance and onto a parked car.  The girls escape safely.


Cassie and Ben have been called to the scene of a traffic accident.  One of the vehicles involved is upside-down, hanging off a bridge, and the driver is trapped inside.  Cassie enters the car and cuts away the man's seatbelt so Ben can pull him to safety.  However, when Ben pulls him clear, the car begins sliding off the bridge.  Before Ben or Cassie can react, the car door shuts, trapping Cassie inside, and the car falls into the river.

Cassie is driving a patient to the hospital in her ambulance.  Despite the need for hurry, Cassie's partner, Ben, isn't pleased by the number of traffic laws Cassie is breaking.  Seemingly enjoying her "free pass," Cassie cuts across oncoming traffic, nearly causing several collisions.  Cassie: "How you doing back there?"  Ben: "The last time I was in a vehicle driven like this I was being shot at."  Cassie continues to speed through traffic.  Suddenly, a teenage skateboarder, breaking a few traffic laws herself, skates right in front of Cassie's ambulance.  She has to slam on the breaks in order to avoid running the girl down.


Cassie leads the girls into an abandoned warehouse for their final showdown with Ezekiel.  Cassie: "No matter what happens, we need to work together, okay?"  The girls promise to follow her lead.  Cassie hands them flares, directing the girls to light them and put them in crates.  The explosions will slow Ezekiel down.  Before they can complete their tasks, the villain arrives on the scene.  Cassie, who can foresee the future, tells the girls every move they need to make, ensuring they won't get hurt.  As the flares begin exploding, Cassie orders the girls to run straight at a brick wall.  Mattie, obeying but confused: "What do you mean?  It's a dead end!"  Just then, a firework explodes into the wall, breaking an opening through it.  They escape through the hole and go onto the roof where a rescue helicopter is waiting for them.  Fireworks are exploding, sending shrapnel and debris everywhere.  Cassie foresees an explosion just ahead and orders the girls to duck just in time.  As she moves them towards the rescue helicopter, she monitors every move they make, sometimes pushing them ahead, sometimes pulling them back.  Debris lands all around them, but never on them.  Cassie's protection keeps them perfectly safe.


Cassie is seeing the a vision of the near future.  In the vision, she finds the girls dancing in a diner.  Ezekiel enters the diner and kills them all, including Cassie.  Cassie comes out of the vision and determines to change that future: "Let's try that again."  This time, she knows what is coming.  She speeds towards the diner in the car.  Meanwhile, the beginning parts of her vision are already coming true.  The girls are flirting with several teenage diner patrons.  Cassie speeds through traffic, worrying that she will be too late.  At the diner, Ezekiel has just entered.  The girls, terrified, slowly back away from him.  But, before he can attack, Cassie's car crashes through the front door, strikes Ezekiel, and sends him flying.  Quickly, Cassie ushers the girls into the taxi and drives away.  (Caution: violence)


Cassie is at the scene of a bad explosion.  Multiple victims are being aided and transported to the hospital.  Cassie is giving chest compressions to a man when she suddenly has a vision.  The man disappears and O'Neil takes his place.  He appears dead, and Cassie has his blood all over her hands.  The vision clears and Cassie realizes she had been seeing what seems to be the future.  Disturbed and worried, she sees O'Neil head towards his ambulance.  She runs after him, asking him if she could drive him: "I have a weird feeling.  Will you just let me drive?"  O'Neil dismisses her concerns, but Cassie again sees flashes of a car accident.  O'Neil starts the engine and drives down the street.  Cassie begins to walk away, feeling helpless.  Behind her, a semi-truck plows into O'Neil's ambulance.  Cassie runs back to the scene, pulling O'Neil from the vehicle.  She tries to give him chest compressions, but it is too late.  He's gone.  Cassie begins weeping, futilely continuing her life-saving efforts.  Ben gently pulls Cassie away from O'Neil.  Ben: "There's nothing you could have done."
