Scene #6  George Müller's death and legacy  (SV01161)

George Müller dies on March 10th, 1898. The obituary in Britain’s Daily Telegraph says that Müller had “robbed the cruel streets of thousands of victims, the gaols (jails) of thousands of felons, the workhouses of thousands of helpless waifs.” George was a swindler, a cheat, a self-centered playboy who stole from his best friends – but also a man who ends up raising $180 million (in today’s money) simply by prayer and faith in the One who changed his own life.
